Welcome to Synchronicity. What a fun time we've had since we last. Spoke? What? Weird way. I'm really going with the intros, the good stuff. How are you? How are you? How? We're in February. Do you say it February? No, it says February. We all say February because that's just easier and it sounds better. Welcome. February, the never ending month, actually ended, how the fuck was that? Have you ever experienced a month that long, ever, I'd say 95% of people know what I'm talking about. The other people were like, "When are you talking about it?" I was like, "What? How did you not experience that as the longest period of time that has ever existed within a span of 31 days?

What the fuck?" Anyway, February seems to be a little bit faster, sorry the second day when I'm recording this. Oh, two. Oh, two. Oh, two. Oh. We're in robot time. I love 2020. It's fun. Right? So, yeah. January as long as fuck. Got stuff to talk about. This week. Fun things. I got one question, right? Is that the one? And then we'll get into all my notes keys. And was there something else I was supposed to do? No, I think we're going to have a pretty quick hit. It's super bold today. That's fun. Niners. I think it's hard to say that Niners aren't going to win that. You know what I mean? Like they're D.

But my home's. Man. Special guy. So that's going to be a fun game. I don't know how much I'm going to watch. I weirdly don't. Super Bowl is only interesting to me if the dolphins are in it and like highly and the dolphins have not been in a Super Bowl since I've been born. So that'll happen soon. Fun. Okay. Sorry for that. I was just thinking about it. It's a fun day. Super Bowl for the Super Bowl. You guys don't. Does everyone remember when that was like the biggest fucking deal that commercials for the Super Who? Which genius ad executive? That's a fucking powerhouse move. I mean, granted there's like a lot of attention already in the Super Bowl so it's a prime advertising spot.

But someone was like, yo, let's make the commercials so fucking, let's make it a thing. Like there's so much money people have to be like, I remember the Doritos had all that stuff. Anyway. Nostalgia. Okay. So here question. Okay. That's how we'll do that. Here question. Only one question. Right. It's from a goof. I don't know who this Kenny was it yet? Would it make sense to you that the way we will physically travel to distant star system should be with our minds? I think it stands to reason considering that we create what we imagine that we should be able to travel mentally to another planet where we can imagine an avatar ask physical body waiting for us to inhabit.

We should be able to experience this as 100% real and not simply as a mental exercise or thought experiment or is that what we're doing here. Hey, my man. Welcome to the motherfucking club of amazing questions. Uh, yeah, dude. All right. Let's try to, let's try to. This world is not as substantial as we think it is. I'm not denying that we're real. I'm going to have to keep qualifying that until people understand that that's not like some reckless excuse to do, like just be fucking nuts. But this world is a dream, right? It's a conception. It's a made up thing. Even if you want to look at this scientifically, right?

When you start looking at the, not even the quantum level, just like small shit that's bigger than one 1000th of an inch, which is bigger than the quantum realm. And you know, just micro scrap, right? You can see this shit. It's there. There's, it's all space. There's all this stuff. It's not really making sense how things fit together. That's not our senses filter out physically, our physical senses filter out all this other shit. And yeah, it just doesn't add up, right? So we know that. We know that just from like a, I had to take my headphones off, I was echoing. We know that this shit doesn't like add up, right?

That's cool. It's fun. It's amazing. It doesn't take away from any of the magic and the awesome stuff that happens here. But just from that is our starting point. Other planets, other places only exist because we project them from within us to external reality, what we call external reality. So of course, of course we can travel to those places. That's why, you know, I was just on a podcast with my friend, Laura from Pussy Church, and we're talking about space and a lot of sex space stuff. So if you're into that, go check that out. And you know, I was saying, like, I don't really have an abundant interest to travel into space.

It's not like, it's not at the top of my list. It's not even in the top, like, I don't know. It's not even like the top fucking 80% of my list. It's just not that interesting to me. And it is kind of for the reason that you do too, which is, yeah, we go to these places internally. Now, you can say, oh, it's just in your imagination. It's not a real thing. It's not as real. But when you really start to plunge into the thing, like if you ever had a dream that's so fucking real that it had all the tones of reality that you were there for all intents and purposes, okay, that's what this world is here.

So there are versions of us all over the place on different planets, as different beings, with bodies, without bodies, as men, as women, as both, as whatever. It's all the whole thing. So if you can really tap into those things energetically here and shave them with your imagination beforehand or after, if you're using revision, you'll experience this is real. There are days, go back to the episodes where it's, what is it? The God stuff, jumping into God energy. That don't forget that stuff. That's good. So I'm saying that as much for myself as anything else. Also the animal stuff. That's not just like a psychological exercise.

I don't want that to be lost. I'm not saying like pretend you're a lion, pretend you're a, pretend you're Thor, pretend you're Aphrodite. So I'm gonna like fucking jump into that motherfucking energy. It is you. You have the ability to jump into that. Now are you going to physically transform yourself into that immediately in real time? Probably not. Is that possible? Absolutely. I'm not saying it's, here's the thing about all this like magical, like reality bending stuff that is experienced non subjectively. So for like groups of people, miraculous things like physical transformations in front of your eyes.

It's not that exciting. It seems like would be so fucking cool. How many times do you think it would take for you to kind of like, you know, make yourself really skinny or really fat in like five minutes? I'm referring to something in like the Yogananda story and autobiography of a yogi where he talks about, I forget who it was. It was one of the saints, gosh, I should know that, you know, transforms. Was it Babaji? Maybe transformed his like physical appearance and like, you know, right before his eyes and he did it to Paramahansa Yogananda too, and he's like, holy shit, this is crazy. How many times do you think you do that before you're just like, ah, ah, right, this is just a parlor trick right now.

This is not really accomplishing anything. Maybe it's loosening someone's mind, but you don't want to give someone the wrong impression too that that's like what you should aspire to what you're aspiring to is a flexible and open mind that allows you to see the true nature of reality, which is that you're creating everything that your feelings are quite literally the creative force in this universe and that yeah, you're God, you're everything and embracing that again, not as a conceptual or intellectual reality, but as a felt and present, ever present direct experience. That's what we're doing here.

And what that unlocks is a whole range of experiences, just so many fun things is the way I would describe it, but you know, the way I'm saying this is these powers, these abilities to kind of jump into avatars at will and other places, totally. I mean, yeah, you can do that. Just focus on it and watch yourself do it. Now again, recognize you will most likely have to be in some deep state of trance or sleep to do that. I'm not great at like bifurcating, is that the word or consciousness, so inhabiting multiple places at once. There are some things that I've found that make that easier, some I can talk about, some I can't, you know, but for the most part, you know, we're not great at that.

It's you're in one place that's kind of your experience and it's nice because that's why we have the ability to enjoy things in this world and in this realm because our attention is relatively focused and narrow and sometimes we lament that and we go, oh, you know, I wish I could experience everything at once. It's like, no, you don't. It's like the Bhagavad Gita when Arjuna is like, Krishna, show me, show me your true form. He's like, bro, if I show you your true form, your fucking head's going to explode. He's like, no, no, let me see. He's like, no, your head's going to explode, so I'm not going to do that because I'd rather not your head explode because that would, it wouldn't be as good of a story.

So back to your question, yes, we do that, we can do that, and that is exactly what we're doing here. We are somewhere else as higher dimensional versions of ourselves. I know this sounds new, I know it. I'll stop qualifying at some point when I feel it's appropriate, but we're somewhere else in true or forms without form, probably mainly and we've chose to incarnate here. This is our avatar. That is exactly what we're doing here. In this avatar, if we use our imagination, if we recognize that as God, as we recognize that as everything, we can then actually go kind of astrally and physically inhabit other places.

That's what, again, while people are like, we're going to go to Mars, amazing, that will naturally be expressed, people have already imagined it, therefore it will be unfold in this reality. Great. But like for me, I'm like, you know, I'm going to go to Neptune right now. And understanding what these archetypal energies embody and what one might find in Neptune at, you know, on Neptune in Neptune, I don't know how to describe it. You know, it's just as useful also like you just find what you like, like I like art. I like music. I like, I mean, everyone does, but I really fucking love it and that's what I choose to do.

So when I go to Neptune, I fucking chill there and I love it because it's like mystical, cool fucking dreamy cool place and it's Poseidon, it's under the sea. So anyway, it's fun times. It's just going to fall back on that case you haven't figured out. There's a few things I say all the time, A, it's all good because that's true. And B, it because it's fun. It's just true. It's just an amazing thing. I'm a toddler. Talk me that. Okay. All right. That's the question. I feel like I handled that. I addressed it. You know, like we're good. We can travel. Yeah. We do it. We do it all the time. We're doing it all the time.

Right? Okay. All right. Let me go to my book now. We'll do the farmer thing after I tweeted that this week, but and then I will when I get back to New York, I'll be back in New York starting on the 4th of February, February. I'll record some of these things in like for the Patreon stuff. Yeah. I'm gating it and you motherfucking. I'll do it on the podcast too. But, you know, I'll record some of these guided things that I'll do on this episode. And so you can just go to them and not have to listen to me talk about other shit. Even if you like it, it's nice to have it separate. Okay. We're going to talk about today.

Imagine knowing that's the name of the episode. Did I call it that? This is super important. We'll just start there and then we'll get into the other shit I wrote down before I came up with the name of the episode. I feel like fucking Paul Sellegh, it's like they're giving me the chapter names and the episode names after I already thought I knew what it was about. Cool. Imagine knowing. This is really, really helpful. I've been telling people to kind of appropriate states of consciousness like clarity. That's kind of like a Carl Jung way of saying something that could be put more simply. So, right?

Imagine states of consciousness like clarity or appropriate states of consciousness. That's great. But states of consciousness just means mood. Oh, that's what I forgot the tweets. Help. We'll just do that in real time. I got a lot of them. Fuck. Okay. So, appropriating states of consciousness like states of consciousness just means a mood. Okay. That's all it means. States of consciousness. So, as we do that, I've been saying like clarity, sure, but really it's a sense of knowing. And what comes with knowing is the ability to trust yourself and really recognize who you are. Am I really going in reverse order?

Okay. That's how this is happening. Knowing who you are is incredibly. It's the point of everything at your deepest level when you remember who you are for real. When you know who you are, if you just keep asking yourself, who am I? Who am I? You will get to the answer. That's how Ramana Maharshi did it. Famous mystic, Indian saint. Cool. Cool, dude. Go Google pictures of him with all the animals. Ramana. R-A-M-A-N-A. Ramana. Maharshi. R-A-M-A-H-A-R-S-H-I. Maharshi. Ramana Maharshi. Yeah. So, he just, he one day pretended that he was dead. Was it like a kid? I think like a teenager or like 11 or something.

And he just laid down on a couch and was like, "I'm dead. Fucking dead. I'm not going to move until I fucking figure out what the hell is going on." And he just said, "Who am I?" "Over and over again." So, if you keep asking that, that's one route to it, but that's a, that could be a rigorous intellectual exercise. I find proving to yourself that your imagination is the creative force of the universe, that it is the gods spoken about in all scriptures. It's the Krishna, the Buddha, the all the stuffs. You know, you, you really start to discover who you actually are. And as you do that and you stabilize states of consciousness or AKA moods, you really like start to solidify what is you and what isn't you.

So what I mean by that is in this world, in this world of duality, in any duality, there is this self-other dynamic. Now it doesn't mean fundamentally at our core we're not all one. It just means there is this dynamic between you and another. That's fine. I like to play that game. I've embraced that game at various points. I was like, "No, it's not real. It's not real. We're all one." It's like, "Okay, dude. Just chill fuck out." It's like, "There's this game of duality." So when we're in this game of duality, we're going to have interactions with other people. But it's important for us to remember, as Neville Goddard says, "Everyone is you pushed out."

Okay? Not in a weird way. You can still enjoy other people. You can still recognize other people kind of are taking unskillful action. But if you recognize them as you, you have them the correct approach towards them, which is to not react. However, we are still going to be feeling people's energy. So what happens when you're feeling fucking really good? You've stabilized your state of consciousness. You've imagined knowing. You put it in the mirror, you use an imaginal technique that a lot of people have been writing in. Can you just imagine me getting this shit? That's the best way to start. But imagine, so you're feeling really good.

You've stabilized shit. But then, I don't know if something happens. You're either physically around someone or all of a sudden, you start feeling this other thing. You're like, "What the fuck is this? What the fuck is this?" And you have to then go through your questions. Is this an old pattern that I'm running from myself? Is this part of me? Is this some new sensation that I'm now being asked to deal with? Or could it be? Could it possibly be someone else's energy impacting me? So this is a very... You want to start asking these questions when you're very sure of who you are and how you feel most of the time.

Because if you start doing this, there can be a tendency to just blame everything else and, "Oh, that's not my energy. That's someone else's energy. Oh, no. It has nothing to do with me." And this is... That's a slippery slope. Then you're on the verge of just really, really just fucking not understanding. You don't want to do that. You're not going to deal with the stuff that's actually yours to deal with, if there is stuff for you to deal with. However, sometimes people are not dealing well up top, right? They're conceptions of themselves and the world and their belief, they're not great. You can discern that.

You can't reinforce it by saying that's how they are, but you can see it sometimes, right? It's important to know when those people are energetically attached to you or physically when you're around them that you may be catching their wave. Because when you do that, it can knock you the fuck off track, like big time. And one of the easiest ways, and this happened to me with a good friend of mine. I love him to death. I hope he's listening to this, you know, so he is. He judgy-wudgy-wudgy me, right, judgy-wudgy was a bear, real bad, to the point where it was in a social setting, and I didn't know this, I was hanging out with three other people, and apparently during this, I thought we were all having a good time, but apparently my behavior on that day was viewed as, I don't know, he said that he was concerned for me, and this is something that I've heard, you know, at various times in my life, and at various times, I think I reacted to that negatively because A, it made me question my own behavior, and B, I was like, "Well, why would a friend think this of me?"

So I reacted, we had a long conversation at the end of the day, it was kind of emotional, and you know, I thought about it, and then the next day, I didn't take my own fucking advice. What do I tell people to do when they get into confrontation energetically in this world is don't fucking take external action. Deal with it up top, imagine the situation getting better. And listen, I'm revealing, here we go, one of his complaints towards me was that he doesn't hear about any of the bad stuff, and I was like, "That's not a lot of bad shit's happening to me, and I have a perspective on it, but let's consider this "a bad thing, a confrontation between a friend where I felt judged."

Okay. I reacted, I sent this long, dramatic text, which I was like, "What am I doing? This is ridiculous." So I react, so judgment and the states of kind of picking up energy, and it is partially you. I don't want to make it seem like you can't react to something if that's not in you. So it's not always someone else, but it's this kind of alchemy and chemistry that happens between someone doing something that triggers you, or they saying something to you, or just maybe being a dick in some ways, and I'm not suggesting that's what my friend was doing. This was his genuine perception on the situation.

Anyway, what's important to do in these situations, and I've learned this lesson, and I'm actually pretty grateful for it, because one thing I did remember after I was done reacting is like, "Oh shit, somehow even my reactions are to my advantage, so how does that work?" I realized like, if you know who you are, you know what you're doing, you know your level of responsibility, just like you get it. If you know you're doing well, for real, because you've proven it to yourself, because you imagined knowing, and now you really do know, just don't react. You can break shame and the judgment spiral, no matter what someone throws at you, you'll know who you are at your core, and you can recognize people playing out their stuff.

You don't need to say that to them, you don't need to deal with any kind of stuff that's being thrown on you, and you don't have to like throw it back at them, because that doesn't help either. A lot of times when people are judging, and I know this is like, just to be clear, I was like one of the most hyper-critical judgmental people you could have found, and I don't think many people would have known that about me, because I didn't outwardly express it. But like, also relatively cynical, and I never thought of myself as cynical, but for a very long period of time, and what that really was more than anything was a testament and a statement about my own self-critical tendencies, and my own cynicism in myself, right?

My own reflections of how the world worked were negative, and that was basically just me confessing that that's how I felt about myself. So knowing that, it also flips the way we look at certain people's behavior, and it's not always true. You have to be open-minded. You have to accept criticisms and critiques. I mean, I don't like the word criticism, but critiques and opinions of others. You don't want to just blindly all the time, you know, I mean, I do, just to be clear. I don't think it's for everyone. My fucking pattern app geeks me up. It's like, don't listen to anyone but yourself. Your friends and your family are going to think you're crazy.

Just do you. You're fucking the pattern. Don't enable me. I'll have to. But anyway, it's important also, and I do think that people energetically, maybe more than any other way, detach from drama right now. Right? Drama is there to teach you something. It's not the end of, you know, it's not like you don't have it. It creates friction. It creates tension. But if it's just like a dramatic series of situations with certain people or, you know, anytime something like just you got to detach from it energetically doesn't mean push it away and don't deal with it. It's just come on. Right? Okay. So that.

Yeah. Listen, we all it. This is Capricorn year. Twenty twenty is work through the bullshit that you have remaining. It's kind of not that much and it's usually not going to be a lot of people listening in this podcast, it's not explicitly your bullshit. You're just kind of a part of it because there are people in your lives who maybe are going to be reconciling with the new reality, which is that your thoughts and feelings have always created this world. But now it's like in your fucking face. It's like, Oh, shit. Also let's go to judgment and the negative sense, you know, and in the shadow sense of like kind of, you know, constricting people based on your imaginations of what they are, like that's, that's the, you don't want to do that with judgment.

Um, what was I going to say? Ah, I'll remember it. Anyway, uh, let's go on to the next stuff. Let's talk about as a, as a hard pivot to satisfaction, gratitude and relief. Okay. This is, this is really good shit. All right. I was talking about this with a friend and it came out. We were talking about gratitude and how she was just experiencing kind of like the power of gratitude recently and how it was kind of finding her as she experienced it. I was like, yeah, that's amazing. And then I had read something, it was Neville Goddard. What book was it? I don't remember. This thought just pops into your life.

It's so cool. Um, it was about relief and satisfaction and I was like, very interesting. It's like those three states of consciousness slash moods are really fucking powerful, but they're distinct satisfaction, gratitude and relief. And I was like, how are they distinct? They feel like separate things, but how do we know that they are? So I, I had a store, I've heard this somewhere. I don't know who said it, but I love it. And I, I think I probably just like tweaked it a little bit, but here's the, here's the idea. All right. You're a farmer, right, you work on a farm because you're a farmer and you get up at the crack of dawn and then you work until the sun goes down.

So that's a long ass time, right? You have hard and demanding work. It's physical labor, you're plowing your fucking plant and you're doing all this stuff. You're managing all the things, taxing, not just physically, but intellectually, right? A lot of stuff emotionally to maybe got to put down a horse. Who knows? You get home and you have household chores to do still, you got to clean up, you got to help with the kids or whatever. And just imagine that you have, you're this person. Okay. You don't actually have to have kids. You don't actually have to work at a farm. Then it's time to eat dinner and you eat dinner and then you have to help with the dishes and clean up and, you know, get the kids to bed and everything.

It's almost time to rest. Almost time. We got a few more things to do. And then you're like, all right. You know what I'm going to do? I'm going to draw a bath. I like calling it a drawing a bath. When people say running a bath, I say draw a bath. You draw yourself a bath, check the water, get undressed, you're getting ready for this water. Oh, it's perfect temperature. And then you get in. All right. Now let's relate what happens as you get in. So as you get in that immediate feeling that exhale like, oh, fuck yeah, relaxation time. That's relief, right? That's the feeling of relief. That's the exhale.

That's the first initial like, all right, yeah. With this shit. That's super powerful. If you can hone in on that feeling, all right, satisfaction is the sustained feeling of being in the warm and comforting water. So it's like, oh, I am in this bath. This is nice. I'm here. I can be in here for as long as I desire, right? That satisfaction. So that's that sustained feeling, right? Attitude is your appreciation for the whole day, right? The work, all the stuff that kind of was built up the tension that you got to release and the bath, right? So the effort, tension and release, that's gratitude, that appreciation for the entire thing, right?

So those three feelings, relief, satisfaction and gratitude, if you can hone in on any of those and transpose them, right, put them onto an imaginal scene or in the mirror or anything else you would like to do, the voice of another, ah, attach it to something you want, watch what happens. Those are very powerful feelings. So relief, satisfaction and gratitude, furthermore, they'll are Hindu or Vedic, it's really Vedic stuff about the three goonas. So the three goonas. So again, in the world of duality in this world of samsara or Maya, right, we have Buddhist and Vedic respectively. If we are in this world, in Vedic conceptions, right, this is Vedantic stuff, we have Thomas, Satva and Raja and these are the three creative principles, right?

So Raja is this creative kind of fiery energy. Thomas is this kind of like, I don't want to say lazy, but it's kind of like slow, like heavy, like static energy and Satva is this kind of like wisdom encompassing energy of everything and it kind of the interplay of those three, we have them in our bodies, we have them in the world, make up this entire reality. So to compare them, in my mind, what their relationship would be to relief, satisfaction and gratitude is the Raja principle of that instant relief, right, that's Raja, that's that action of like, ah, right there, boom. The Thomas would be that satisfaction of kind of like sitting in like, oh, some people look at Thomas as kind of like a negative or slower or less, it's not, and then Satva is that overall like, clear seeing wisdom and that gratitude that emerges from the whole situation.

So if you know your Gunas, your three Gunas, then you're with me, if not, go look into that shit. It's real interesting. Okay. Let's talk about some other things that have been coming up in readings. A lot of people are getting of questions about the how's the wise and the wins. So let's say you know what your desire is, you're pretty clear, let's say we find it in a reading and then you're like, yeah, but I need this or I need that or this has to happen or that has to happen. That is not what you want to be doing right now. You don't need to do that. It's in a way you cannot devise your stuff will happen, but if you can imagine the end, if you can imagine the end attached to a feeling of relief, satisfaction and gratitude, either of them, any of them, all of them would be amazing, then you're good.

You're super good. It'll happen and you just watch it happen. You just let it unfold. You're basically you're producing the idea, you're writing the script in terms of the emotional feeling, then you're directing how it's going to happen situationally and then you just play it out. Super easy. All right. So let's talk about one other way to combat an overactive analytical or logical mind. Let's say you're like, how am I going to do this saying how am I going to how am I going to do this? Oh, does this person like me? Okay. Here's what you do. You say, how did I figure out how to do that? I have no, I've mentioned this before.

I'm just reminding people. How did I how did I figure out how to do that? Oh, when did I realize that that person loves me, but just that is really fucking simple. All right. Let's talk about another technique since this is where we are. We'll drop one here. I know I've mentioned this, but we're going to revisit it again and expand it. Hearing the voices of your friends, family or loved ones, reaffirming you to be that which you desire to be, if you desire to be wealthy, if your friends say, Oh my God, like, wow, it's so great. Or it could be something like, Hey, you just gave your friend like 10 grand and knew it like it was nothing.

Like that would imply you have money, right? So your friend would be, thank you so much. I'm like, you don't want to be weird about just, but I mean, like listen, any of my friends out there want to drop 10k on me, I'm not turning it down. That's all I'm saying right now, unless you had enough. So you could also imagine yourself, like someone offers you a shitload of money. You're like, I'm good. I'm good. Because that means you got that money or you don't need the money. Who knows? Interesting. So hearing your voices of your friends, family or loved ones, reaffirming that which you desire to be, that's super helpful.

So the way we can do this kind of the audio version of the mirror technique, we know we love sound is you can also imagine some nice music playing, attach these imaginal techniques to music. You know, sometimes you hear a song, just coming up with this on the, off the cuff here, put that song in your imaginal scene, attach it to it, and also show you that songs and music and sound move through dimensions. It's one of the coolest things about it. So in this technique, right, you're going to hear, hear the voices of your, let's pick one person at first, reaffirming, and then make it echo, and then make it louder, then make it a chorus of people, just, you know, expand it.

Multiplying is important here. It's why the mirror, when it turns into an infinity mirror and then a whole other things and mirrors around you and above you and below you, that's why it's so powerful. Same thing with sound. Multiply it. If you take the human voice and multiply it, this is why we love choirs, that Sunday service thing I saw with Kanye, man, that was easily the best part of it was this huge choir he had had. Oh, Kanye is cool. We'll do a Kanye thing. Kanye is the best. Hello, Kanye. All right. Meditation, let's talk about a little more about meditation. I don't want to see overly harsh on the people who sit down and do sitting meditation or close their eyes or whatever.

Here's other meditations, jogging, running, exercise, biking, being in nature, listening to the ocean, being in the forest, taking a walk. Those are all meditation, living your life, talking to people, listening to people, listening to people. It's all meditation. Do not define meditation to a set experience. It's not what I recommend. You can also do that. It's great. I'm not shitting on sitting meditation. It's not popular because it's stupid. There's other ways. Don't get restricted by what you think is meditation, that's not a thing that we want to be doing. All right. I'm sorry because I had tweets this week, which I wanted to expand on.

Gave me a thick and to do that. Also for the readings, I'm just seeing I put that on Twitter. I'm going to change the readings. I'm changing the readings. I'm trying to make it as hard as possible, basically, for people to book readings. Praying the same. Not changing. But I think I'm going to gate them just in weeks because that seemed to best for people. I guess it was easier for me rather than the other way. But anyway, you can find those on the website. Now, what day is today? The second. So I need to go back to here. Oh, shit. I put some good stuff out this week. Okay. Boom. All right. We'll start with this one.

Let's talk about shit being hard. People I just happens in reading soup. People will be like, this is hard. It's hard for me. I feel like it's hard. Okay. Well, don't. Don't feel like it's hard. Number one. I feel like it's hard, or you've just started in the past that it's been hard. It was a new fucking second, baby. Change it. Here's what we do. When we say it's hard, it is. When we build narratives about why it's hard, we solidify the belief that it is. It's not hard if you want it to be not hard, accepting this inevitably leads to healing of trauma. You'll run the script that heals trauma.

So how does this work? If you produce the feeling of having what you desire, then you write the scene that implies it's happened. Direct the scene with your imagination, act it out, and let it happen. That's it. That's literally all you do. You produce the feeling of having what you desire, gratitude, satisfaction, relief. Write the scene that implies it's happened. How do you attach that to a scene that you would experience in this world? Or in the past, if you're using revision. Direct the scene with your imagination, right? Amazing. You know how to do that. Then you'll naturally act it out and just let it happen.

Okay. The dream in the back of your mind will give you the story of your lifetime. So let that shit come out. Oh, Bitcoin yet. Guys, Bitcoin's all coins. It's happening again. I sleep. Come on. What's so? It's the sleep. The whole sleep stuff. It's staying up late some days. It's going to sleep. It's all over the place. I imagine it's not just me. Tinkerbell 2020. That's who I'm voting for. I guess Bernie too, but Tinkerbell, he can be vice president. Thanks for the feedback on the Lou episode, by the way. I'm glad you guys like that. We'll have him on again, get him podcasting and talking about other stuff.

You don't even know. He's hilarious. Dare to assume you are the one you want to be. Just dare to assume it. Really? That's all you got to do. Are you the one? Oh, you are. All right. The ability to feel the depths of your emotions is directly correlated to the magnitude of your experiences in this world. Let me say that one again. The ability to feel the depths of your emotions is directly correlated to the magnitude of your experiences in this world. Okay. We did the farmer thing, did the gratitude thing. Oh, there's a new midi for producers, 32-bit and bidirectional. We don't even know the implications of this for music creation.

It's going to be incredible. Let's see. Oh, I talked about the judgment. Don't reciprocate judgment. It sucks. All right. Don't do it. It's a lesson. It teaches you stuff. Wheat is great. I found out Neville Goddard was a football fan in this episode, in this talk. He's talking about looking around on the radio for a football game and here's this other shit. My favorite thing about the Neville Goddard talks is if you listen to enough of them, he just complains about random people and shit. He shits on Bob of Hope, Roy Sarley. The guy who created the Twilight Zone, he just has these weird funny things.

Amazing. I love it. But he loves football, apparently, which is cool. Yo, TikTok. Oh my God. I'm on TikTok. I have one video. It's not, it's just my shoes and a shoes and a sun. But yo, I think I'm going to get on TikTok because it is wild. It's so crazy there. I don't know how to explain it properly, but man, I'll just get stuck in these TikTok vortex. It's like, yo, some shit going on. I'm into it. It's Groundhog's Day, right? I've been living this the best day of my life forever and the chances are you have too. I didn't remember it really until last year, but then's the truth. All right. Let's get, see, let's go over revision because that's important and people forget it.

Sometimes. Okay. Yeah. Revision. So revision. Well, you know what? Let's just do this technique. Let's just do it for real. You're going to imagine there's something in your life, right? What has happened? Throw chakra. As soon as I try to talk about some shit important, the fucking throw chakra. Hold on. Fuck it. Ridiculous. All right. What we're going to do is you're going to find some incident of trauma or shame or script or narrative that's been created in your life and you're going to go back and either find a specific situation or a version of you who feels wounded or shamed or traumatized by it.

There's a couple of things you can do. If you find just that version of you and it's not a whole scene, you can go back and give yourself a hug and that's super, super helpful to a degree that I think people probably overlook and just be like, "Yo, it's all good for real. It's all good." And this is because, you know, the future version of us are most ascended amazing version of which maybe us right now. Hmm. Interesting. Does time exist? But let's say it does. Induality. That person, that version came back and saved you now. Now it's your job to go back and save you in the past. So what you're going to do is give yourself a hug or find that situation if it involved other people.

Say you were shamed, you were embarrassed, you got judged, whatever it is. Go back and change the scene. Imagine, construct it to be a different version of what happened. The most important thing is that you emotionally feel, right, that relief, that satisfaction, that gratitude, that love, that needs to be in the situation. Okay. This is revision. It is, if our mind is a prism, we can shine a light from the front through the prism to the back, right? That is revision. That's going to the past. The converse would be if we shine the light through the prism from the back, it would be in the future, right?

So this is how we pre-select our reality experiences, emotions. And again, this is how we would go back and change them. So if you do that, it may, depending on what has happened to you or what you imagined, what has happened to you, make shit easier for you now. If you're running some really detrimental scripts, fucking change those motherfuckers. Do you know what I mean? Change it. And it may feel like lying to yourself or being inauthentic, but rest assured, it's not. This is just you. This is how reality works. And it will demonstrate something very important to you, that you have the ability to overcome narratives, beliefs, thought structures, emotions that you felt were binding and constricting.

And it will show you that it was just you at the end of the day too, which is what could be more powerful than that. Just remember, as you kind of ease into this stuff, you'll feel more love. And as you feel more love, you forget fear. And then when fear comes back to say, "Hi," you'll be like, "Oh, yes, my old friend. Here you go. Have some tea, have some cookies, and I will send you on your way because you have showed me what I need to know yet again, what a pleasant time." So that's how we use revision. I feel like maybe I'm not forgetting anything. I feel like we're at the end, rate and review this podcast, share it with a friend if it helps.

That's what we're doing. My patreon, patreon.com/synchronicity, sign up there for bonus shit. I put neville goddard talks, do music stuff, we do fun stuff, it's fun stuff over there. I think I'll put this out pretty soon. If you are able to get this, I'll be on, oh no, let me plug some shit that I've been on. Like a Delic podcast I was on, had a great time on that. What else? God, so many others. I'm so sorry I forgot these other ones. I was just on Lars podcast, Pussy Church, that was cool. I'm out there. I'm out there in these streets, you know what I mean? So yeah, there's other fun shit coming out.

That's it. That's an amazing way to end an episode. I will see you later this week. I'll put this out on Sunday though. So maybe like Thursday, maybe I'll put it out tonight, Monday, I don't know, whatever. I'll see you sometime Thursday. I don't know if I have a guest thing recorded, but I'm sure one will materialize. I'm traveling Tuesday, fun times, happy times, happy imagining. Love you.
