Welcome to Synchronicity. Oh my God, how long has it been? Since I did a solo cast probably feels like forever. People who aren't patrons more ha ha ha ha. There's stuff going on there, by the way, in case you haven't checked it out. But I think I'm good for two solo casts some month now. I'm feeling like someone wrote in and asked, they said, "Hey, are you really only gonna do "the ones where you talk about stuff "and don't have guests on Patreon?" I'm like, "No, I'm not a piece of shit asshole "who just switches the whole thing up." But there is a lot more going on there. It's a lot more interactive.

I just came up with a great idea today to, well, I tandem came up with it. I can't take full credit to, we'll basically be reviewing, we'll start with some Neville Goddard stuff, we'll move into other authors or thinkers or speakers who have written stuff. I guess really mainly authors. And we'll just go and do some live commentary on it and we can all participate in real time and go over things if people have questions. It's kind of how I consume this stuff, right? I have all these books, I'll revisit them and you'll see it in a different way based on where you are, so it's always fun to do. We'll be doing that over there as well.

Funny story before I get into fun, God, whenever someone starts with funny story, there's like a 99% chance it won't be funny. But this is the 1% 'cause it is kind of funny. It's pretty crazy and it also reminded me of something else I need to say. And this is gonna be a long fucking episode. So we'll make up for lack of quantity with lots of quantity and quality. Geez, didn't follow that one through. Here's, I was just going to this health food store, I go here, see when Ryan Beck, it's called Sunflower. And driving up here, this is parallel to a lot of things here, but driving up here, one thing I've noticed is owners and drivers of Jeeps, and I'm sorry if I'm imagining this into this reality and that's why it's happening.

Owners of Jeeps are predictably bad drivers. I don't know if the cars are just bad or like they're just people who buy them, like don't know how to drive, but it's something and it's like, it's definitely, I know my imagination is creating reality and I'm summoning this fourth, but it's uncanny. And so something happened to this health food store. We were trying to go there the other day and it was all smashed up and like, they were doing these renovations, we were gonna ask what's going on. I'm like, don't ask these people. They're fixing whatever happened. And so whatever, they opened today. I went there, I need my blueberry fix.

Gotta spend what I would consider a unhealthy amount, not unhealthy. We'll say an inordinate amount of money on blueberries because when they got the good ones, you gotta get the good ones. So I went in there and of course I'm asking, I'm like, what happened guys? And they're like, holy shit, a car drove in to the fucking store, like right where the cashiers are. It's a pretty tiny space. And I talked to other people there. I know them, I was like, dude, what'd you do? He was right there, this guy talked to a lot, a big final fantasy player. I should get his name and shout him out. It was cool, cool guy.

But anyway, it was like, dude, it was right here. It came in. It was this Jeep, it fucking blew through. And they were saying, I was saying, everyone's safe, like don't worry, we're actually planning on renovating that wall. We had just moved all of the CBD stuff. And I was like, that's crazy. He's like, literally we had just moved all of it. And he didn't bring it up for any other reason than it's super expensive. And so I was like, oh my God, that's crazy that the weed kind of knew to move itself. And they were planning on renovating now they have conveyor belts anyway. This reminded me of this story.

I don't know if that was really funny. I see I told you 99% art. CBD, the guys at NED. I don't even think I need to shout there. I'm only contracted, I think, for two episodes each month. But I'm just feeling them. I was thinking about these guys. I wanna have a retinatrium back on. Especially, they've been upgrading and kind of like changing their website. And they don't ask me to talk about any of this shit. That's why I love them as sponsors. They just let me do my thing. And I really appreciate that 'cause they've been just consistent from the beginning. But I saw that they came out with some new thing today.

Some immunity thing. I don't even know about this, but it made me think about CBD. And if you can get it and you are feel aligned with cannabis in any way, I do think there is value to CBD. I think most CBD, unless you're growing it yourself, like clearly and you know what you're doing, you know, most of the shit out there is just garbage. It's a money thing. You know, people wanna just do it. And like, so when you find someone like the people with an ed, sound like a show for them. And I am a paid show in some ways, but truthfully, like they're just good people. I was going through my car and I found like an old bottle that was halfway filled.

And it just reminded me of them. And then this thing with the CBD, it's sunflower. So go support them. It is expensive too. Like the shit is like, that's what the guy was saying at it's sunflower. He was like, holy shit. Like this stuff is really expensive. So I'm glad we moved it all. We didn't fucking get on the hook for all this filled CBD. We've been some high rats there probably. But anyway, go to HelloNet.com, use the code sinksync at checkout and you get 15% off anything you order. Go support them, support small businesses like them who are doing cool shit. They play by normal beats to the plants.

They're just cool fucking people and it's good to support them. So go do that if you feel inspired. Okay. Now we can get to the episode. Oh my God, so many things to talk about. I have them all written down and out of order. We'll see what happens. Shit is good. Let's just talk a little bit before I get into what I wrote down. Shit is really good. There's a wobble still taking place. There's an oscillation still taking place collectively. But really individually, when I say collectively, that is a reflection of what's going on on the inside internally. And you can say, okay, well, there's always these things that we can observe and you may feel better than me.

So how is that a part of it? Well, people can look at the same event and have completely different perspectives on it, you know? To use our everyone's favorite example, we can look at Donald Trump and I've encouraged to not use that. Julianne was like, she hit me up after the last podcast and she's like, I don't think you should call yourself a Trump fan. I'm like, oh, that's not like I'm going to vote for him or anything. But I do have a tendency to sympathize with people who are just being shit on relentlessly because they're playing a role. Just like everyone in your life is playing a role. Just like you're playing a role.

And the goal here is to understand that and not get too fucking knocked off course when someone does something that irritates you or bothers you or really just calls something to your attention that you can't react to anything unless it's a part of you, right? Cool. All right, we got that. So there's a lot of shit going on. You may be oscillating, you may be feeling weird. You may be feeling like you can't totally get your bearings on things, but at the end of the day, I can tell you, you do, you definitely do. That's the beauty of this. People will feel like sometimes, you know, why am I being put through all of these things?

Hey, you're putting yourself through it. You are the generative, operative creator, sustainer and destroyer of your world. And I know this world is very convincing and we can all watch a show and say that show exists or this person exists and they do, but they also don't in the sense that there are real and tangible things. You are creating it, and if you try to delve into this without being able to hold the idea of unity and duality as the same thing, it's gonna drive you nuts. So intellectually, conceptually, you can let it go, you can experience it directly and then be like, okay, I'll take it from there.

So 'cause like trying to convince someone of this, I got a question in on the Patreon thing, one of the Q and A's like how do you try to convince someone? How do you, how do you, like what words do you use if someone's not getting it? It's like don't try to convince that person because they're a projection of your internal doubt being reflected back through them. It's not that they don't exist and aren't actually a person who has objective and subjective opinions, but that's your doubt being played out through other people. This is pretty apparent. So experience it yourself. And that's what a lot of this is about, I don't even know what this episode is called yet, but it is really an invitation to directly experience imagination, creating reality, whatever you wanna call it, your consciousness, imagination, God, source.

It's your sense of I am. And I think the first barrier for a lot of ethically, morally, really like just let's say good people who have like think about the golden rule and don't do things to other people that they wouldn't want done to themselves. I think the first barrier is accepting that it's not selfish in a bad way to recognize yourself as God. If you trust yourself as an endlessly compassionate and benevolent being and really trust yourself to step into that role or allow yourself to be that, you don't have to be a weird like, oh my God, that's cool. Well, how presumptuous of me to be God?

Well, I think I am and it's like, what are you doing? Why are you doing that? Like A, the people who really go rampant with their imagination and create a lot of, you know, unskillful and unintentional suffering in their lives and the others are not asking those questions. I have to do this on readings all the time. I'm like constantly reminding people and like, 'cause they're like, you know, like, I don't know if I'm allowed to feel this good, like, you know, this thing is coming up and then I feel bad about it. I'm like, you're asking yourself like deeply moral questions. If you even find yourself asking that, like really consciously with awareness, like you're good, like you're totally good.

You really don't have shit to worry about. Like nine times out of 10, probably more. Like 99 times out of 10 is the truth that you don't have to worry about that shit. So just keep that in mind if you find yourself like asking questions like, well, am I a bad person? Am I doing a bad thing? No, there is, there are some of you, some people who are probably not a lot who listen to this podcast is the truth. That everyone who I've found as one of these people just thinks I'm totally a raving lunatic. So probably not a lot of you, but there might be some who, yeah, maybe you need to recalibrate. Maybe you are doing something that's hurting someone and you're not putting a lot of skillful thought and you haven't set up things in your life that like kind of keep you on track.

Be aware of that, but don't define yourself by that either. So define your role in your life, which is the creator, sustainer, creator, destroyer of things. And then you have the responsibility, not only for your own consciousness, for your own world, for pretty much everything, but other people too. If someone comes into your field of awareness, who's suffering, and you want to alleviate that suffering, you don't have to go do anything. You can just imagine that person telling you, wow, I'm so happy. If someone expresses a real and true desire to you, there's nothing that says you shouldn't imagine that for them.

You don't have to be all specific about it. You don't have to imagine the exact scenarios and manicure it perfectly. And it has to be like this, oh, but just do it for other people. That's another way of proving to yourself that this works. Sometimes people have issues acknowledging they want things and they may need things or desire things, but someone can tell you what they want and you can try and see if it works that way. And if it works for you imagining it for other people, well, certainly it would imagine for you because that's just an extension of you anyway. So it's really important to strengthen your belief here and recognize that this is how it works.

And for people who are new listeners or haven't tuned in since last July when I really started talking about this stuff, we have techniques on how to do that, right? There are very specific, easy to do techniques. I don't speak about them as much anymore, precisely because they are just another form of illusion to prove to yourself that this is how everything works. You can use them if you want to. They're amazing, it's fun, it's cool, it's novel even, but you don't have to and you shouldn't try to do this to circumvent an issue or a lesson that you are trying to present to yourself, that won't work.

There's a deep part of you where you're teaching yourself lessons, but you get to modulate how you want to learn them. Do you want to learn them by going to a fucking military boot camp? Great, then go and do that. Do you want to do it by going to like a five star resort and getting super cushy fucking treatment? Do you want to experience all of them? Do that, but recognize there are lessons being presented to you by you for you to learn and when you get to the meat of that, it's easy. Okay, now we'll get into the writing down stuff, which is, I don't know. Oh, this is what I was just talking about, right?

So I had a reading, you know who you are, where he was talking about like, you know, sometimes I just want to play Cheetos and play video games. And I was telling him like, listen, this is your, you won't, if you're worried about only eating Cheetos and playing video games, chances are you will never only eat Cheetos and play video games. You may do it for like three weeks, two months, maybe even a year even, but like you won't pull yourself out of it because if you're feeling bad, sometimes you just need to play it out to realize you want to do something else. You know, if you judge yourself for it, you're actually reinforcing that negative pattern and that goes for anything in life.

So if you are getting into relationships that are painful, if you're getting into situations that feel uncomfortable for you or things keep happening to you, bad things keep happening to you or you're unlucky or nothing, nothing ever good happens to you, sometimes you just need to go full on into that, be like, all right, you know what? What is this trying to show me here? Where is the lesson? And what is showing you is that that's just the belief of yours, just change it, grab hold of it and say, hey, do is this what I want to do? But again, Cheetos and video games I want to be clear about this is Cheetos and video games aren't inherently bad things.

Neither is McDonald's. If you only eat McDonald's and you start feeling bad and shitty about it and you physically don't feel good, stop eating McDonald's, that's simple. You'll learn that lesson, but if you feel like, I shouldn't eat it 'cause it's bad to eat it and then I feel bad about eating it and I'm a bad person, you're probably gonna still eat it, but you're just not even gonna get the appreciation and enjoyment from it. As a treat, it's totally fine. You could be like, well, I'm like perpetuating a system of horror and factory farming. Listen, if that's the question that comes up after that, if you want McDonald's, become an activist and literally figure out a better solution on how to solve this problem so you can feel good about eating what you want to eat and not feel bad about it.

But don't fall into these roles of judging yourself and judging everyone else. And I want to be clear about this. This is not written down. Any judgment of an outside person, that's you judging yourself. I guarantee the people who go around. I know this is a recovering person who was like this, a very judgmental person, pattern I learned. It's just a reflection of how hard those people are on themselves. If you are constantly criticizing people's appearances, ways of being, how they use money, their relationships, all of these things, it's just a reflection of you criticizing yourself. And those people, I'm telling you, they're so much harder internally on themselves.

Even if they don't notice it, they may think they're the shit. They may think they're the best person ever. Like, but I guarantee somewhere, subconsciously, intuitively in their heart, they're putting themselves through the fucking ringer. That's an easy way to remember compassion too. When someone says something objectively horrible, it just be like, wow, imagine what they're saying themselves. I really hope they can be not so hard on themselves. Okay, judo flipping a perceived negative situation into an awesome one. This is the core of this episode, I'm sure of it. If you can master this, if you can just start practicing this, you have hacked what most people would consider the biggest problem of life, unless you consider death a problem.

So good luck, it's not a big deal, it's a change. But if you can really flip a perceived negative situation into an awesome one, I'm sure I wrote about this in the tweets later too, you're good to go. What this means is anytime something is happening to you that you don't like or you're uncomfortable in, if you can just flip it into a recognition that this is meant for you to realize something or become aware of something and it may just be the lesson of patience. It may just be the lesson of appreciation or acceptance or allowance. If you can just capture what the essence of it is, it will flip into an amazing one.

It may just be the release of tension from when you're not in that situation or you may actually become, see that there's an enjoyment in that. Even if it's pain sometimes, like this is something that's being eat out and teased out in a lot of these sex conversations I've been having on the podcast and this is the aspect of sacred sexuality, sex can involve pleasure and pain, right? I mean, pain is a form of pleasure sometimes so recognize like I'm not saying become a sadomasochist or a masochist and just only appreciate the horrible shit but there is this subtle ability to recognize perceived negative situations or bad situations are actually beautiful and amazing opportunities.

You're gonna react very differently when bad shit happens to you. Let's go back to the sunflower example of this deep crashing into the store just because it just happened. They were planning on renovating anyway. They had just moved everything away. No one was hurt most importantly. They actually sped up the renovation. It's better now with these conveyor belt checkouts. Like I said, they didn't incur any real financial loss outside of having a hole in their store for almost a week. People are, there's a lighter energy in there. It's like everything was shifted up and here's what happened. Here's another principle we'll talk about.

The guy who crashed through it, of course, what do you think he did? Hit the gas instead of the break and you could look at this like some horrible situation. Oh my God, and I'm sure it was very embarrassing for him but no one was hurt. So you can say like, oh, I hit the gas instead of the break. Whoops, I fucked up but did you? You sped up the timeline for this place getting renovated. It's a better experience for people. The community is talking constantly. I was there for only like 20 minutes and I saw so many conversations. These poor bastards at the store can have the answer to saying, what happened, what happened?

But you could see that the energy was shifted. So what is probably perceived by some people as a negative, bad event. Actually, the people are pretty light about it and I guarantee if you can understand that sometimes we hit the gas instead of the break and we crashed through a situation and something breaks and something is destroyed. And we go, oh no, I hit the gas instead of the break. I should've pumped the break. I should've, I should've went slower. I'm a bit more cautious. No, sometimes you hit the gas instead of the break, it's slow, you just, it's good. Judo flipped that into something amazing.

No one was hurt, you won't be hurt. The part of you that will be hurt will be dead, you'll drop it, it's good. No one had to die in the health food crash. And Jeep drivers, get your shit together, what the fuck? All right, if you guys start noticing this too and if you're a Jeep driver, I'm sure there has to be just based on the numbers of this. I'm not really criticizing you, but I am. I am, what the fuck are you doing? What the fuck are you doing with the Jeeps? Just be more aware and use signals, please. Okay, you always have a choice in how you're sorry for just fuck Jeeps. You always have a choice, I can't say this.

If I say fuck jeep, here's the thing. Also, manifestation 101. If you say fuck Jeeps, if you say I hate Jeeps, if you say I'll never have a Jeep, you will end up with a Jeep. So I'm just gonna say Jeeps, that's a thing, okay. You always have a choice in how you respond, which is critically important for everything, for everything. Everything, good things, bad things, neutral things. Gross things, fun things, happy things, sad things. Weird things. You have a choice in how you respond to them. That's important because no one can take that away from you. Now, there is a level of destiny and higher dimensional metaphysical properties that there is an argument to be made that we actually don't have any choice, especially in this reality, that they're predetermined choices from a higher dimensional, higher self.

But let's just operate from the assumption as a human being who's listening to this, the ability to make more conscious choices in the moment or in advance exists. So you can do that. And we'll talk about that other, no choice, first choice, thing in another episode with a guest, very special guest, you'll hear about that. Okay, don't rely on your senses or other people's perspectives. You shape your own reality. If you're letting other, your senses say, oh, it's rainy, therefore this day is bad. I can't do the things I wanted to do, then you're letting the outside world, which is less real than your inside world, dictate to you what's going on, that's thoroughly unsatisfying and usually uncomfortable.

If you're letting other people, which again are reflections of you, bind you to roles that you don't wanna be in, (groans) don't do that. I can tell you from experience, you will end up in situations that don't feel comfortable. Honor who you really are, what your desires are, what you wanna be doing, and you should be okay. Not you should be, you will be okay. There is a burning fire inside of you to do something that you're passionate about that will lead you to what you are really meant to feel and do. It may not be the specific thing you've imagined. You may not be, you know, the perfect embodiment of everything you manage.

No, I'm not saying you won't be, you very much could be. You could fucking nail that shit, but it will inevitably lead you to where you need to be. If I look back from a year ago, I could not predict where I would be today. I wouldn't have been close, I wouldn't have been close, but the feeling and the trajectory totally nailed it, totally fucking nailed it, even when I felt like I wasn't nailing it, fucking nailed it. Just remember that you're doing that too. So you shape your own perspective on all of this. All right, have you realized they were gonna get to the tweets now? Have you realized you're constantly constructing and dwelling in reality as you create yet?

This is what we're doing when we're going through waking life. Even our dream world, to an extent, we're constructing and dwelling in realities that you create. We're really good at co-creating this place called Earth. This, these people called humans, these animals, these trees, we're great at that. We're nailing it. High five, boom, boom, boom, high five to all of us. We're great at that. But you're also constructing the emotional states you live in, the psychological states, the people you summon into your life, the experiences, and they're meant to teach you things. And I guarantee what they're meant to teach you is that you're limitless, omnipotent being of endless compassion.

I swear to God, that's what it is. And you could be like, "Well, how do you know this? "How is everyone? "What about Hitler?" Is Hitler an endless being of infinite compassion? Yeah, not in this constructed reality. It was kind of a dick. Not kind of a dick. 'Cause it'd kill a lot of people. Not great, pretty heavy shadow energy. But there is a divine aspect of even Hitler, the worst people you can imagine. They're playing out a role. And it's a pretty benevolent act. It's actually a really compassionate act to incarnate as someone who takes on all the heat and just does objectively bad shit over and over and over and over.

That's like a pretty powerful thing to do. So yes, that's everyone's role. Okay, pivot from frustration to acceptance. And watch, I'm literally reading these like, I didn't write them, I don't remember this. Pivot from frustration to acceptance and watch what happens next. Don't just mindlessly accept shitty situations like an idiot, but accept the lesson you're presenting yourself so you can move on. Oh, that's smart. Like when I read shit, I wrote it in my eyes. That's nice. Yeah, frustration to acceptance. This is super important. This goes back to the allowance and acceptance aspect of reality.

Don't take shit on the chin, like a moron. If something is bad is happening to you and you don't like it. You don't go, "I accept this by a while, this, this is great." It's like, don't be a fucking idiot, okay? But accepting the lesson that's being presented to you, accepting a situation that you've placed yourself in as a choice that you made and that you played out, that's acceptance. That'll really get you out of frustration. If you try to fight stuff like, I remember the other day I was trying to, I was screwing in, drilling in screws to the top of a window. Window treatments are fucking hell, by the way.

What the, this is the worst aspect of this reality that I've encountered so far. Death, sickness, dying, all that stuff. Yeah, it sucks, but not compared to window treatments. Window fucking treatments? You know, all the windows are different sizes in my new house. It's so hard. There's so many ways, like 41 windows are all different sizes, different things. Some of them have the grommets and not the grommets. The thing, I hate it. It's literally my least favorite thing. I'm bringing it up because I've been in Lowe's more than a person should ever be in Lowe's. And I know Lowe's is like a step up from Home Depot, which is like Home Depot is just like the saddest place in the world for some reason.

But Lowe's is like a little bit classy, but it sucks. They all suck. I'm like, I'm sure if you like doing shit and improving homes and stuff like that, it's great. I hate it. Anyway, you'll see where I had to, I was in situations where I just didn't want to be there. And I'm waiting for someone to pick out the stuff for me who's the kindest, most benevolent person putting up with my like crankiness. And I was just like at a certain point, I was like, you know what, I'm frustrated. This sucks, but guess what? It's good. It's actually for windows. It helps do things I need. And I just was like, you know what?

It's cool. I'm gonna deal with it. I didn't like immediately feel better like a psychopath, but I saw that there was a lesson for me to accept that there was a function to this. And even if it wasn't comfortable, I should like it. So I accepted the situation. As soon as I did that, we were out of there in like five minutes. It's like it all got figured out and we left and it was great. And we didn't even buy the stuff that we thought we were gonna buy. It's great. Anyway, they're still not done. So the window treatment is still not done. So I have to accept the window treatments. Just like you have to accept, you know, the things in your life that feel like shitty situations, but aren't really and then you can move on.

But yeah, please don't stay. Please don't stay in a situation that is bad for you because you think that's acceptance or allowance. And don't accept limited versions of yourself either. Oh, well, you know, maybe it's just not in the cards for me. Maybe I just can't have that fulfilling and dreamlike existence. Works for Noah, works for other people, but not me. Don't ever accept that. That's bullshit motherfucking bullshit. Okay, I see that sometimes a spiritual thing that's presented, just accept it. You can't change it. So just you can change it. You fucking can change it. Understand that that's really important.

If you accept that you can't change something, yeah, someone dies, you probably can't bring them back to physical reanimated life, reanimated life yet in hundreds of years, who knows, or maybe get there. But you can recognize that they're still around and you can communicate with them and they're constantly speaking through you and to you and with you, right? There are ways of understanding that, but you don't have to just accept that you're gonna be like a shell of a human because a person is gone all these. That's not, that's not, I don't condone that behavior at all. I don't condone accepting feeling bad is the truth.

I don't mean you shouldn't ever feel bad. I feel bad all the time. I cried the other day for no reason. It's a stupid reason. What was in our reason? It's kind of fun. There's a beauty to it is what I'm saying. And if you can accept that, that's great. But don't just like accept horrible shit and think you're a crappy person. Don't ever accept that. Very important. Okay, here's the thing. Here's the thing. Think of lessons like this. If you're forced to read a book in school and it fucking sucks, I mean, and it's a really good book, but you're forced to read it, it fucking sucks. I messed up the intonation of that.

You know what I'm talking about. You get a book, it's an amazing book, but you had to read it in school so you don't like it because you're being forced to do it. When you get to read the book outside of school, when you're not being forced to do it, you'll love it. So allow yourself to find the situations where you love stuff. If you're forcing yourself to do things, if you're forcing yourself to be on a diet, if you're forcing yourself to be a good person, if you're forcing yourself to be on a relationship you don't want to be in. (growls) Don't do it. Skip school even. Anything is better than that.

But if you find a really awesome thing and you can appreciate it, even if it's something you're familiar with, well, then you fucking hack life. Okay, I just apparently wrote down Bitcoin and all big capital letters. By Bitcoin, someone asked me the other day, I get this question a lot. You're still buying Bitcoin? Question mark, exclamation point? And this was in real life. I don't know why I actually used the punctuation there. It's like, of course I am. I'd be an asshole if I was telling other people to buy Bitcoin. If I wasn't buying Bitcoin, I'm buying Bitcoin. There's the halving just took place.

It's twice as difficult to mine Bitcoin, to generate it. I don't want to go into the whole Bitcoinex. We'll do a Patreon thing or some fucking other thing for that. I don't want to bore people. But anyway, yeah, buy Bitcoin. I buy between, I don't know, two and $400 worth of Bitcoin every week, if I can. Just because when it's $50,000, when it's $30,000, when it's $100,000, we're not going to be looking back. We threw buy it at $6,000 or $8,000 or $4,000. Just fucking it's easier. Now, if you want to be a raging fucking degenerate and psychopath like me, you can leverage trade it. That's when you basically put in 0.01, you do 10 times leverage, you're basically risking 0.1.

You can get liquidated if the price drops. It's a fun game. For everyone, don't do that. It feels like you're going to be really good at that. The market is a reflection of your ability to have, appreciate, and understand wealth and what its ramifications are. Money as an energy is a responsibility. If you neglect it, if you use it negligently, it's probably not going to make your life better. So before you decide that you want a shitload of money and that's why you want Bitcoin only, figure out those questions. Can you have money? Bitcoin did teach me, though, when I made a lot from crypto, not just Bitcoin in 2017 and then lost a lot from crypto.

I didn't actually net lose, but made a lot of money. Didn't cash all of it out, lost that money. It taught me that I wasn't as freaked out by money as I thought it would be. Whether I had a lot or lost a lot, it didn't matter to me. I felt the same. I actually felt strengthened and empowered by that because I thought I'd be the type of person where if I had a lot of money, it'd be kind of weird. If I lost a lot of money, if I'd be weird. No, you know what, I'm weird when I think that I have to fucking grind my ass off to make money. That fucking makes me feel weird. Does that make you feel weird, too?

Yeah, it should, because it's fucking stupid. That's why, duh. It's not a good thing to do. And yes, we've bought into that perspective because there have been systems in place and they have been set up by people, but they're running a program that we've collectively agreed to be a part of, and the fun part is is we get to break out of it and it's fine. And you can bring in wealth into your life and you don't have to be so upset. Okay, have you realized right before something really great happens in your life? You pick up on the energy of it and then have a chance to either run an old pattern or embrace what's coming yet?

Uh oh, that's a big one. This happens all the time. Something is coming into your life and it's gonna be fucking amazing. And you can feel it, and you don't know what it is, but you can feel it, and sometimes you don't even know that you're feeling it and you get anxious and you go, oh yeah, what is this gonna? And it may be just that you're waking the fuck up and finally catching on to what's going on and that you've lived this life, thousands or millions or hundreds of thousands of times, like thousands, millions or hundreds of thousands. Okay, pick your Goldilocks on that one. Is the Goldilocks on the three bears?

Yeah, pick your just right one on that. You've run this program many, many, many, many, many times. This time, you probably wake up and you catch on to it. So that can make us very anxious if we anticipate that or there's a version of us who wants to stay limited because it feels more secure and it feels more comforting. That can be a terrifying or anxiety-ridden experience. However, if you just recognize that it's an energy, there is no good or bad related to it, do you wanna run an old pattern of fear and shame, misery or do you wanna embrace what's coming and recognize it? It's fucking amazing 'cause that's your choice.

That's what you can do. So definitely do that. But really, if you recognize that when you're getting anxious or even depressed 'cause that can feel like a heavy energy and if you don't catch it and support it, it can weigh you down. But if you just recognize what's going on and embrace it, you don't run those old patterns, fear, shame, misery, you're good, if you trust yourself, you can do what feels right. So that's fun, right? Do you understand like if you know you're a good person, like for real, for real, you're a good person, you can do what feels right. So that's fun. Now, hopefully murdering people doesn't feel right.

That doesn't feel right to many people. It's usually a misapprehension of another impacting your reality. If you really trust yourself, you can do what feels right. And that is fun because usually what you wanna do is have fun. Also collectively, what we're moving through, I've seen this enough, individually, locally, regionally, psychically, all the leaves, we're healing childhood wounds. We're hearing healing ancestral wounds. Once you move from childhood wounds, they're not mutually exclusive. You can be working on these issues together, often clearly together, but that's what's going on now, collectively.

It's a lot of purging, it's a lot of reconciling. So doing what feels right as a child is probably totally fine. You're probably in an environment, not necessarily where you can have some fun. So cool. Anything that seems like a really big deal definitely isn't. Do you understand that? Anything that seems like a really big deal definitely isn't. That must mean the converse is true too. Things that don't seem like a big deal might be a really big deal. I don't know if that's really true, but really whatever seems like a really big deal definitely isn't. I'm saying that so you can release the importance that you're placing on things that you think have ruled your life.

Let's say you're recovering addicts, I get a lot of these were readings too. And you've labeled yourself an addict or other people have labeled yourself an addict. If that prevents you from self-destructive behavior and it kind of reintegrates you and calibrates you, great. But if you continuously define yourself as an addict, you're making it a big deal. And that's going to reinforce this subconscious belief that anything is a big deal kind of consumes our lives. It kind of dictates what goes on. And it's not a big deal. If you just let it go, you're a person who can do whatever and you trust yourself and you know yourself and you can calibrate and believe that you know what's right for you and that you have perfect timing, even if it seems like you don't, then you can really understand that the shit that feels like a really big deal, you can be picking up on the energy of it, of course.

But if it's limiting you, if it's freaking you out, if it's making you uncomfortable, just release the importance that you're projecting on it. This goes for physical pain, emotional pain, lots of forms of pain, but also big things in our lives. Like, you know, you're anticipating, let's say, a lot of people have this fear of public speaking, which I never really understood. I think people feel the energy of it and they don't know how to react to that. It makes them feel like they're in the spotlight, but you're always in the spotlight. You're always exposed. That's what you're doing here. If you're a living, breathing person listening to this, you are vulnerable constantly, it can be scary, of course.

But if you just live like that, you guys are actually not scary at all. It's amazing. You don't have to run these personas and patterns and modulate your behavior, feel bad if you do something, you're good. So anything that seems like a really big deal definitely is not. Level up your appreciation. Your ability to appreciate things allows you to experience them. Do you understand that? It's really important that you do, if you want to experience broader and greater and grander things. Level up your appreciation. That means finding. Don't force yourself to appreciate it. You don't appreciate it yet.

That also doesn't work. It's like, if you don't like nature, don't like force yourself to go out there and appreciate it. Just say, you know what? I imagine that I'm the type of person. I assume I'm the type of person who appreciates nature. That's the type of person I am now. That will funnel into your life. That's it. I'm not saying like go do things that feel icky and gross to you. I'm also saying don't shy away from a form of discipline. But eventually the things that you should be doing should lock in step with what you are doing. And then you'd be like, oh, I get it. I get what I mean. I get what he was saying by appreciation.

'Cause now I actually appreciate it and I'm doing it rather than fighting it or forcing myself to do it. Then watch what happens. Because then you get these bigger things in your life and you go, wow, because guess what? You want the people who are surfing the highest waves in the universe to be able to appreciate them. How bad would it suck to be surfing the highest waves in the universe and fucking freaked out? Ugh, it's not fun. So you might as well start leveling up your appreciation so you can really fucking love to surf those big kahunas, which is what we're doing. Okay. When adverse conditions give the mind difficulty, be on the lookout for the arising of aggression.

This is a millirepa quote. It's just beyond guard for it. That's all, just people look at it, raise it. When adverse conditions, when things seem difficult, when they're perceived as negative, when shit's coming your way and you're like, what the fuck? Just be on the lookout for the arising of aggression. 'Cause it'll probably just show it's a misapprehension. Aggression implies you're either being aggressive with someone else or yourself. It's always yourself, but it's not a skillful way of being. Aggression is really never skillful. There's a way to be forceful without being aggressive. That's an important lesson there.

But when difficult or adverse conditions, as Millirepo puts it, give the mind difficulty. Mm-hmm, it's hard, I don't like this. Be on the lookout for the arising of aggression. Two birds, just flew at the window, that's cool. Cute little birdy birds, birdy num-nums. Okay, have you realized how to change your past yet? Should we go into the revision technique? I'd kind of tease them out at the beginning of this. This is a powerful one, and one that everyone should be using. Find something that has happened in your past that you have a reaction to that doesn't feel comfortable, and maybe even one that you think has started a pattern in you that kind of is running your life, and you would like to change.

Go back in your mind's eye and your imagination. Preferably, when you're going to sleep or in an open, clear state of consciousness, you could meditate, you know, my stance on meditation, life is meditation, you can close your eyes and tune in. If you want to, cool, it's great. You don't have to find a situation. Give it sensory vividness. Really put yourself back from your own perspectives, not like a movie you're watching, but from within your own perspective, go back there and change the scene. Say your parents yelled at you. Say your parents got divorced. Let's say you were around suffering.

Let's say something really traumatic and horrible happened to you. Change the situation. Now, I want to be clear. If you lost an appendage and an accident, going back and changing it is not likely to regenerate your arm, right? But who knows what it does to your actual reality. You're going to heal a wound. And maybe there's a bionic arm that comes out next Tuesday and you can fucking use that. And it's just like, you know, it's not the same arm, but maybe it's better in some ways. My point is is that it will most certainly impact your consciousness, which will modulate your experience of this reality.

So this revision technique is how we change your past. That's it. The past is just an illusion. It's just a construction. I know I can write something down and it will still be there after I write it down. Cool. Nice trick. Cool. We're really good at that. Doesn't exist. It exists in our mind, which is the only thing that exists. And it's fun. You can actually change things. So use that revision techniques. All my friends are blessed. And everyone is my friend. So you do the math. You understand? Got it? Cool. You're not crazy. Reality is definitely getting weirder and weirder, but it's not getting worse.

That's super important to understand. Is getting weirder and weirder? Is getting like, what the fuck? What? What? What? But it's not getting worse. If you find yourself going into cynicism and nihilism and judgment. Ah, you're gonna have to play that one out, folks. You're gonna have to play that one out. And it doesn't mean we can't be observant and, you know, not point out silly and funny things. It's just you're gonna have to play it out if that's your view of reality. And what I mean by play it out is that of course double back on you. If you're cynical about what's going on in the world, you're being cynical about your own life.

And it's just not a fun game to play for me. Maybe it is for you. I think cynicism is a choice. I know it's a choice. And I think it's kind of hacky. It's just too, there's, I'm trying not to judge it too much because then I fall into this whole cynicism trap about cynicism, which is a fucking infinite catch 22 loop, which I don't wanna participate in. But it's easier to be critical of the outside world, right? Part of the reason the outside world isn't in our eyes perfect and duality is because we use our imaginations to create that perfection. But if we then go and judge the imperfection of external reality, we're missing the point of our ability to change it with our consciousness.

So to me, it's just like, it's not the most skillful way to be like a cynical jerk. I can, listen, I am super aware of shit that goes on around me and I make, you know, jokes and fucking things that are probably, you know, dark humor and like, listen, I get it. There's a way to be funny and don't ever fucking think everything has to be not like, you know, perfectly a love and light objective experience. I just mean like if you find yourself falling into the trap of being a cynical, nihilistic type of person, it's kind of hacky. You're probably not happy either. You probably wanna be happy. And there's a way to do both, right?

Okay, okay. You are me and I am you. So that's a thing, cool. Have you realized you're living the life of your dreams yet? Did you forget, did you forget this is the life of your dreams? Did you forget you can control the dream? Did you forget that you're fully lucid? You just have to remember it, just realize it. It's no big deal, it's cool, it's fun. Use the technique, create your future. Summon the feeling that you would like to feel related to a situation or not and step into it. That's it, think from the end. Have tip to Neville Goddard, think from the end. Are you stuck in a situation that you feel like you don't know the answer to or you can't get out of?

Just think from the end. What would it feel like if this was already accomplished? How would you feel? Did you get it for a second? Just sit in that, allow that to express itself and then plant that seed, forget it, go on with your business and watch it come up. Yeah, I don't know if you guys saw this. There was a clinical trial that is underway that says ketamine can alleviate symptoms of coronavirus specifically related to the war symptoms, coughing, you know, some of the respiratory symptoms. It alleviates a lot of the inflammation.

So that's interesting. They're gonna do that study. Yeah, ketamine, we'll do a whole ketamine episode at some point, but whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. My theory about what the corona virus is or any illness or any illness is an inability for us to appreciate what its function and reality is. We could look at corona from a variety of different perspectives. We've been treating the earth like shit. We've been treating a lot of people like shit in various parts of the world. These create environments that breed physiological, emotional and psychological and spiritual disturbances, which are not bad, and we should not judge them, that propel us forward and change.

And that's what I think, things like ketamine, which allow you to unplug from time, of course it would help with something like corona, 'cause I think the people, I don't wanna sound like an asshole. The people who die of corona didn't want on this ride. They didn't want on this ride. And you can say, oh, how could a person, a lot of them are old anyway. I'm sorry to say, that's not like we shouldn't, just a lot of people have lived full lives who are jumping up there. I'm not on board with this new reality where consciousness apparently clearly, not just apparently, but very clearly and directly, changes our world.

I don't want that version of reality. I wanna not do that here. That's it, it's okay. It's sad if they're loved ones. Of course, it's not a psychopath of course, but just recognize its function. Have you realized you're often low-disposture somewhere at the nexus of emptiness and bliss, dreaming this life of yours into existence yet? Ah, have you realized that yet? Have you? Probably, that's probably why some people, if you go to sit and low-disposture here and meditate and close our eyes for 20 minutes, it's like, yeah, 'cause that's why you're doing somewhere else. Not here, you dingus. Here, you can do whatever you want.

You can still just remember that and realize it. Not knocking meditation if it's been a valid path for you, but don't use it as a crutch. Just like I would never recommend someone only smoke weed every day. Like, if that works for you, great. But if it's a crutch and you know it's a crutch, watch out. I don't have to smoke weed. I love smoking weed. Very clear. And I'm clearing myself in that. And that's challenged by people I care. People, I get challenged on that sometimes. Nah, fucking love it. You can love meditation and sit down with your eyes, 'cause it's great, but you don't have to do that, especially if you don't wanna do it.

And then don't do it, that's the worst. Okay. Have you realized you're intended to move through the world with supreme confidence and compassion yet? Just let me know when you do. 'Cause that's what we're, that's what we're supposed to be supremely confident, not in an egotistical way. But you can have some ego involved, ego is cool. And compassion, that's how we move through the world. That's how you get the shit done. You really wanna get done. And that goes back to trusting yourself, right? 'Cause then you can do what you feel like doing. Cool. Have you realized you feel amazing yet? Have you, have you, not yet?

Okay. Let me know when you do. 'Cause that's a choice. And you can be like, I'm sorry, choice, chronic pain. She did things in my life. Okay. Capture the feeling. Start moving towards the, you will start putting yourself on a track to move towards the things you want. It sounds crazy if you're in an acute form of pain, suffering, resistance. It feels like, oh man, it was fucking asshole. I can't believe anyone would be listening at this point who actually still liked that. But let's say you are, oh, I know it's fucking asshole. Why would you say that in a piece of shit? Tell me if you feel good, even though I don't.

Yeah, if I see someone suffer, I don't walk up to them. So yeah, just changing my, it's easy. Not a sociopath, but yeah, that is the truth. Okay. Have you realized we're living inside of every holy text ever written yet? Also, have you realized everything is holy yet? So everything, everything written is, that's what we're living inside. Maybe write down stuff, literally script your life if you were that type of person, that's cool. You can do it. That's all, just reaffirming who you are. Do you know how much you loves you yet? Do you, you love you so much that you became you. You're an infinite omnipotent, limitless being.

We're part of a collective consciousness that emanates that constantly. And you fell in love with the exact version of who you are. And you say, I'm gonna, I'm gonna do it guys. I'm gonna fucking separate from this shit, seemingly, seemingly, I'm gonna separate from this stuff. And I'm not gonna remember for a little bit. And I'm gonna love this version of me so much. I'm gonna be this. I'm gonna be Rita, Janet, or Toby, or Frank, or Noah. That's, that's it. So you love you a lot. Don't forget it. Just had to wear, oh yeah. We're wrapping up here. Just, I had to go pick up a cake for my son Eli, he was four years old.

Also, Eli's way too smart. If he ever hears, he probably will. Probably listen to this in a year. He's fucking genius. The four year old shouldn't be allowed to be that smart. Anyway, I had to go pick up a cake at the bakery 'cause they're still doing that in Kingston. And I, I forgot my mask. And if you don't know, they're mandatory here in New York. And it's really more of a social thing. I feel like everyone's gonna rest it for it. But I didn't have my mask. So I had a, I had a pair of green sweatpants in my backseat and I had to use them to wrap around my face, shove into my jacket so I didn't look like a total wound 'cause I didn't want them to see like the pants part of it.

But like, in case you don't know, like sweatpants aren't really a good mask and you have to hold it up. So I had to like pay for this thing and get a cake and like carry it and my mask kept falling down. It's not that big of a space. So that was something, that's just part of reality now. So I apologize to the lady and I was like, "Hey, I'm sorry." I forgot my mask, she's like, "It's fine." But yeah, we gotta do shit like we're sweatpants around our fucking face now. You're gonna take this reality seriously? Really? Okay, cool. Weed is the best. I already spoke about that. I love weed. Weed is the best.

I don't have to say more. If you're listening to this, you get it. And you're like, "Oh, I don't know. "I made a relationship with weed, it's baby." Whatever, to find feminine, it's the best. Have you realized everything is a reflection of you yet? Everything. Not in a narcissistic way. You're not staring into a pool of water and only seeing your face. No, that's lame, that's narcissist. That's getting enraptured with oops. Whoop, it's the only thing. No, you see other stuff here. It's just a reflection of you and you're amazing. So be nice to you, if you know what I'm saying. There are a lot of amazing things coming your way.

Just open your arms and accept them, for real. You can say, "Well, man, how can I be true of everyone?" Well, maybe not everyone. Maybe just people listening to this podcast, but it's true of everyone, okay? But definitely for people listening to this podcast, have you realized what you're here for yet? Have you? You get back to me and let me know if you have. And if you haven't, that's okay. That's okay. There's some ways that you can do that. Well, is that a hummingbird? That was so fucking cool. Why did a hummingbird just come there as a bush? Life is so cool. Okay, what a beautiful day. It's just a beautiful day today, guys.

Wherever you are, whenever you're listening to this, just remember that. Just remember this. When you click into your life, the way it's supposed to be, you won't have to force yourself to appreciate how beautiful today is, but you will inevitably appreciate it. I promise you. Okay. Whoa, I think we did a longer episode than normal this week. That's pretty cool. A reminder, you can go to the website, sinkpodcast.com. There's lots of things in the menu. I do readings, which are open. We're gonna be doing some lunar-based readings. So stay tuned for that based on new moons and full moons. We're gonna be doing a lot more astrology stuff on the Patreon.

We're just like, it's all kinda coalescing and coming together. I'm learning what you guys like. I'm learning what I wanna do. I mentioned the Neville Goddard, we're gonna start there. We're just gonna read some stuff and go over it. It's born out of people being like, hey, I knew about Neville Goddard for a long time, but I never really heard it. Heard it put like that. And I'm like, yeah, that's just 'cause that's how I read it. If I can't, if I don't get it then. If I can't make it make sense in my own words, then I don't get it. So, yeah, that's it. Noah@sinkpodcast.com, if you wanna send me an email, I'm getting a bunch of them.

I'm getting slower at responding to them, but we're not at the tipping point where I can't respond to them, so that's cool. I'm not too cool for school yet. And that's it. Okay, until next week, happy imagining. (upbeat music) (upbeat music)
