Welcome to Synchronicity. We have another amazing solo cast this week. I've been getting some questions in, one related to dead people, or people who are no longer in this physical world. And I'm gonna answer those next week, the questions that have been coming in. And we're gonna do a success story episode coming up soon too, because they're rolling in. Some of this stuff is pretty fucking incredible, I gotta say. It's cool when you hear me talk about stuff and you hear my shit, but when it's other people, you start realizing, oh, I definitely can do this too. That's powerful shit. But this week, or this week, I'm so used to saying that this episode, since we're gonna have two of these this week, is centered around a new technique that I recently came across, another Goddard technique.
But again, when I say Neville Goddard, it's important not to get too caught up in the man. He was awesome, he was cool, he was an effective teacher. Recognize what he's teaching, and what he's trying to say. And this stuff is transversely applicable. Is that the right word? Basically, this can be applied in any modality. Whatever you're comfortable with, whatever works for you, take these concepts and apply it to that and it'll work. So what we're gonna be using today is a technique that I'm calling the IM technique, right? This is the sense of unconditioned awareness. I am that sense in your head.
That's the kind of unconditioned imagination. That's what some people call God, source, whatever you wanna call it, Jesus Christ. If you recognize it, that's what we're gonna be focusing on. So what we're gonna basically be doing is a very, very simple process. And this is something that if you've been having trouble creating those mental scenes or phrases or living from the space or state of consciousness you want, this could be the technique for you. Because it's like so simple. Now, of course, like all things simple, there is a prerequisite that maybe is a little bit harder, but the actual technique is easy.
So the technique is this, and then I'll tell you what you need to do before you do it. So it really works. The technique is just, you know, get ready to take a nap or like you're gonna take a nap or actually go to sleep and all you're gonna say internally is I am. I am, I am, I am. I am over and over and over. And you're just gonna keep doing it. It's like a little mantra. If you're into TM or transcendental meditation or any other mantra-based practice, it's think of it kind of like that, but you're just gonna keep saying I am. You're gonna get in that space. Now, what will eventually happen if you do this, and you're clear it'll happen quite quickly, is you will get into kind of like a waiting room, you know, kind of this space where it's like, oh, I know where I am, but you'll still have conscious awareness, and you'll be like, okay, this is where I'm supposed to be doing this imagination stuff.
That's how you do it. And you can go to sleep after that. You can obviously, you know, have your desire, have your technique, have your wish fulfilled, not technique, have your wish fulfilled, your wish predetermined, right, before you go into this. So when you get to this space, you can start creating your scene, using your phrase, living from the space, feeling it, all of those things. Now, here is kind of the prerequisite for this technique working kind of like in a foolproof way. What we're essentially doing here is getting in touch with God or unconditioned awareness, or the source of everything, right, Brahma.
This is a very interesting space. People smoke toad medicine to get there. People take all sorts of drugs. They meditate for decades. They do all these things to get to this space. And why? Why are we trying to get there? Well, there's the key towards manifesting our God, I use the M word, selecting and feeling the reality we want and bringing forth into the world, of course, but it's also to experience God consciousness, right? The big eye and eye and eye, as the Rastafarians would say, jobless. Basically, what we're doing here is we're becoming God and living from that place for a little bit, and don't be scared by that.
It's okay, just, it's cool. But in order to get to that space, you need to forgive yourself, and you need to forgive everyone else and everything else in the world. And that's where this is kind of deceptively easy. I have had people in my life before I recognize that I'm running this fucking show for myself that I couldn't forgive for years and years and years. It just seemed so beyond the pale what these people had done to me. Oh, boo, hoo, to me. I couldn't forgive them. And when I started tapping into what I am, these techniques, imagination creates reality, I started to get a sense of why it's really important, not just conceptually why it's good to forgive people, but why it's really, really, really essential.
And if we kind of break down the word for give, right, it's for giving. We're trying to give stuff to ourselves and the people around us, which is ultimately us. But we're really, this is what it's for, it's for giving. That's what we're trying to do. So you really, before you go into this IM space or any imaginal acts, just forgive yourself. Forgive everyone, forgive the people who you don't think you could forgive. Forgive the Epstein's and the Trump's and the Hitler's and all these people, all right? I know it feels weird. It's like, what the fuck are you talking about? Why would I forgive these people?
They're horrible. Just do it, just try it. Can you try it one time? That's all I'd say. But if you do that, if you forgive the sinning of other people and sinning, when I say sin, did we go over this? Sin just means to miss your mark. It means to air, right? It means you made a mistake. That's all. It doesn't mean you did some horrible, unethical, terrible thing. And even if you think you did, just correct your aim. Allow yourself to forgive other people's mistakes too because it's you. And forgive them, correct your aim. You won't be a sinner anymore. You'll be saved. It's pretty fucking amazing.
And then you can start applying these techniques and see the real power and magic of them, which is like, oh, my god. And again, Michael Donovan, my friend Michael Donovan, was giving me-- he called me-- he said, I don't know if he called me yet. But he said, I was the exact phrase, on the verge of becoming a loser cult leader. I'm just laughing because it's funny. And I got upset by that. And I noticed I was getting upset. I'm like, oh, shit. I hope I actually don't think that of myself. But I don't. And this is what I preface what I'm saying with that is, don't take my word for this shit. Don't take my word for it.
Try these things yourself, all right? Empirically prove them to yourself. The direct experience is mandatory. So don't-- and I don't know some secret shit that you don't know. You'll know everything I know. You'll find the thing that'll help you or the things that will help you just uncover it. I'm a little bit tarot. Free reading still available. They're going to be ending soon. Because it's getting kind of nuts in terms of how many I'm doing. But I'm learning. And I love it. I love astrology. I anticipate getting into kabbalah. I love these crystals and gemstones. I fucking love music. I love weed.
There's a lot of different modalities. The funniest remembering and uncovering who you actually are. That's the fun. So don't worry about that. You're going to do that for yourself. But I just want to emphasize, it's not me, right? When I say, hey, I'm going to imagine something for you. Do you really understand what I'm doing there? I'm opening up your mind, hopefully. You're opening up your mind to the idea that someone out in the world may be able to imagine something for you. But you're doing it. You did it. I'm the only thing I'm doing, truthfully, just so we're clear on this, is when someone writes in and say, hey, I want this, I want that, I want this.
I just imagine getting the email back or the communication back saying, I got it. Oh my god. And that shit's starting to happen. I have relationships and houses and jobs and money. It's fucking crazy. But it's really cool. So I'm not a cult leader. I don't know some secret shit. I guess went through enough experiences in this life. And who knows in previous ones, whatever that means. So like, recognize this shit and have it hit me in a way that like, oh, I really fucking get it this time. And I'm sharing it. But don't think that I have some secret power. I don't know, at least I do. But like, you have it too.
That's really, that's like the most important thing. So that's the IM technique. And that's why you want to forgive people. And now we're going to talk about something else that I just got from Goddard land. And this makes a lot of sense if you think about it. And you recognize it. And this is this idea of inner talk or inner speech. If you catch yourself throughout the day and you're not in a good place and your outside world doesn't reflect your desires, you'll probably notice that you're judging yourself, saying certain things, making proclamations about how the world works or other people work.
And as you do that, what are you doing? Oh my gosh. Inner speech, mirrors, imagination. And inner and imagination is this IM, which is God, or whatever you want to call it. So you get it, you're building this link of what you're seeing out in the world. So it's really important to get a hold of that inner speech. And it can feel like it's wildly out of control, right? And this is why people like meditation and mindfulness, because they, at first, they can at least be aware that this is going on, and then you can start interrupting it. Saying, maybe I'd rather not think like that. It doesn't seem like a good way of thinking for me or being.
So you catch yourself first and then you change it. And when you change it or catch yourself, then you have the power to basically think whatever you want and only think positive things, only think loving things, only think about the best, think the thoughts, talk to yourself the way the best version of you would talk to yourself, right? Just keep doing that and watch what happens again in your external world. It is bananas. So this idea of being mindful of what's going on in our heads isn't just some good thing we should do to feel better. I mean, it is, but it actually changes our entire world.
There's an alchemical process taking place there. And so the power of what you're saying to yourself is just it's undeniable, right? At first, there was the word, and the word was God, that word. Those are words you're telling yourself in your head, right? So just try to replace them. There's a phrase that Goddard uses that I really like, which is replace ashes with joy, you know? Replace these traumatic bad experiences, revise them. We'll go into the revision thing 'cause it's important too. At the end of your day, if you don't like the way it happened or there's something that happened, you didn't like it, go back and change it.
In your imagination, there's no harm. I guess what would be the resistance to this, that it's stupid, that it's a waste of time, that it's pointless and not how things work. That's the only resistance. Those are dumb reasons not to do it. It's not asking you to don't pay me money to do this. It's really fucking easy. It's not a time commitment. Do it when you're going to sleep, like try it. That's what's weird to me sometimes about the resistance from intellectualizing and conceptualizing this stuff is that this is empirical. This is, I'm literally saying use your direct, use your direct experience and perception to prove or invalidate this.
Don't just like not try it. What's stupid? Like, what are you doing? Why would you do that? It doesn't make sense. So try this shit out. Try the revision. Try the inner, just watch your inner speech and talk. And when you catch yourself, you're like, no, no, no. That's not what I want to think about something better. I want to be talking to myself much nicer. And you can find someone you really love in the world, unconditional, or something. And just talk to yourself how you would talk to that, right? And really with all this stuff, right? We're mentioning material things like houses and relationships and all these things on the world.
But what you really like the power of all this stuff is when you start appropriating states of consciousness. When you start imagining yourself to not be afraid, to not be scared, to not have anxiety, to not be stressed out, even in difficult situations. And that's where, like, just to be clear, that's where this shit really proves itself, right? When you're newborns getting surgery, when you're newborns in the hospital, when shit is just getting weird with all your relationships and your calm is a cucumber. And you're not calm because you're delusional, but you know shit's all right. That's when you know you're on the right path.
So should we go over the new technique one more time? This is what you're going to do. First, forgive everyone in the world. So easy, so let's just do that. Just forgive everyone in the world, no big deal. Just do that, start with that easy step. And then you get the actual easy step, which is just go, I am in your mind, in your head. Don't say it out loud. You can, but do in your head. I am, I am, I am, I am, right? And you can do the Romdas thing. He does, I am loving awareness. And what has Romdas become predominantly? I wanna have a conversation with Romdas about this. I wonder if I still have access about whether he still believes in an external reality in God or whether he recognizes it, it's him.
And that's what Maharaja was saying all these years is that it's you. To all of everyone, it's you, it's you, it's you. Hanuman, Jesus, they're the same. Because it's you, it's all you. Maharaja is you, they're all you. I think Romdas got that, right? He's a smart fucking guy. And he was honest and man. You imagine the integrity this dude has, going, well, let's go on a little Romdas love vest. The integrity has to maintain his just like authenticity and who he is through the era of seeing spirituality really be like go through capitalism, that whole tunnel. And like what it did to people around him.
And like, you know, at the inside story, sometimes it's like shit and like, it's just crazy. And he's still here. And he's just telling people, I am loving awareness. What a beast, how to stroke. It's just like, nah, I got this shit. I am loving awareness. Can't talk well, puts people off because it can't get the resentment sometimes with the effasia. But man, he's still out here. It's Ouchia doing it. Romdas is a beast. So yeah, that's it for this week. I keep saying this week, this episode, this episode, try the techniques, I'm gonna organize these and put them together in a more easily digestible way.
So like, let's say this shit works for you, your soul. And you're like, you wanna tell your friends, you wanna tell your family. I'll have it like a really easy way for you to send all of the episodes up to date. I just gotta flesh that out, get it done. So that's coming, rate and review this podcast. Share it with people if it's helped you. We'll have guests, I have a lot of cool guests coming up. They're in the book.
