Welcome to Synchronicity. That's a song that's gonna be on the new album. That's just a demo. I did that in about 45 minutes yesterday. That's my voice. That's my voice with the auto tunes. Welcome to today's solo cast. This week's solo cast, are we hitting a groove with how many I do a week, maybe two, maybe three? I don't know. Welcome back. Hope imagining has been going well for you. It's been going swimmingly for me. Last week, we were talking about the YouTube stuff and the money and the doubt and the impatience. I'm happy to report YouTube experience the glitch. It was a glitch. It was a system wide glitch, so things have resolved.

Things are getting better every day, day by day. Again, it proves the importance of not getting shaken out of your state of consciousness when things on the outside don't conform to your imaginal activities. Today, we're gonna be talking about a bunch of cool stuff. We're gonna be talking about a new imaginal technique. One that I dare to say is maybe the most effective that I've found. It's especially good if you're someone who has trouble imagining images, visualizing some people call it. I don't really love that term. But if you can't imagine visual scenarios or you have difficulty doing that right now, this is a technique that will absolutely circumvent that and is really effective.

And I promise you, anyone can do it, literally. So that's pretty cool. We're also gonna be talking about divination. What do I mean by divination, right? Divination, it means trying to use some modality to divine, to get in touch with the divine wisdom that is all around us. And again, let's go back to the Neville Goddard test of figuring out who you are. If I say God, if I say divine, if I say source, if I say everything, all universe, whatever you wanna call it, and you think of anything outside of you, you failed the test. Sorry, you can try next time. If I say God, universe, source, anything, divine, and you think of you, you're getting it, you got it, you got it.

So when we're talking about divination, what we're really doing is just getting in touch with this kind of root, root synchronicity generator, which is you. You're the conductor. You're also you, your individual self, but you're also God. You're also everything. So when we're using divination, things like tarot, or the E-chang, or even crystals and stones, music. Here's a fun divination technique. This is one that most people don't think about. Here's what I want you to do. Do this and see what happens. Build up a playlist of about 300 songs that you like on Spotify, Pandora, iTunes, Apple Music, 300.

Seems to be the sweet spot. Then just hit shuffle and let you're unconscious. Let the deepest part of you speak to you because you will. You most certainly will. So that's another form of divination. We're going to talk about that. We're also going to talk about a really big thing, which is healing, ancestral trauma, and family trauma. And some of this stuff goes back before we can even remember. Our parents' parents' parents' parents. Let's talk about healing six generations of ancestral trauma, which is absolutely what is going on right now for people who get it. So we got a lot packed in this episode, but it's going to be a good one.

I've been waiting for the right time to record it, and today is the right time, and I'll release it today. What is it? August 15th? Yeah, feels real good. We got a full moon going on. Aquarius, full moon, the age of Aquarius. Aquarius, boy, hair, the play. You know that one? It's a good one. They get naked. It's pretty cool. So let's talk about this. New technique. And this is pretty important. And this is one that I think is so simple, is so easy, that it can get overlooked in terms of how effective and efficient it is. So this is what I'm going to do. I'm going to have you do. This is what you're going to do.

So you have your desire. You have your wish. You have your thing you really, really want, or just something you want, right? We did the imaginal technique where you create this short compact scene, load it with sensory vividness, give it an emotion, a feeling, and then you just keep snapping it back to that. So we're going to do something similar to that, but instead of coming up with a visual imaginal scene, we're going to use a friend's voice. A friend's voice who you know, who you love. Who you can imagine clear as day, right? Go in your head. Imagine your friend's voice talking to you. Boom, that's the friend.

And what you're going to do is for your wish, for your state that you desire, you're going to imagine your friend saying something to you that implies the wish has been fulfilled. So if it's a friend and let's say you wanted money, your friend would say to you, oh, man, it's so great that you got all that money. I see how happy you are. And then you say, yeah, I am really happy. Isn't it great? That's your scene. So we're just going to use the voice, the audio modality. You can build up other things and load with sensory detail. It's totally great if you want to do that. But your friend's voice, the magic here is that this is someone you love.

This is someone you know. It can be a family member. This is someone who you can easily picture and recreate their reaction to you having your wish fulfilled. And you're just going to keep snapping it back to that scene. They essentially turn into an angel. They're a messenger of the good word confirming what you know to be true. And again, to go back to a lot of this stuff, what we're really doing here is appropriating states of consciousness. When you assume and you feel that your wish is fulfilled and you live from that space and get good at knocking off the states that deny it, fear, doubt, worry, all those things, it happens.

That's the real gist of what's going on. We use these techniques to kind of do, like, imaginal surgery to bring and select things into this world. But it really is just living from the state, assuming that it's happened. And this obviously can get very challenging when the world bumps up against the external circumstances, internal threshold guardians. But we're going to use these techniques over and over to prove to ourselves that this is how reality works, that this is really what's going on. Don't take my word for it. As always, prove it to yourself. So again, the newest imaginal technique, and this is again, plucked right from Goddard.

He's the best. You're going to use a friend or a loved one's voice will say. And they are going to say something to you in your imagination. You're going to do this. That confirms or implies that your wish has been fulfilled and you're going to respond in the affirmative. And just keep going back to that. It's deadly simple. You will psychically be killing the limited versions of yourself over and over and over with this technique. And here's another thing. You can use my voice. Use my voice. You know what it sounds like. You don't have someone you can think crystal clear. Use my voice. Totally cool.

So that's the, what is this? The fourth or fifth? I don't know. There's been a lot of techniques, but this is a good one. All right. So you got that one. Any questions? Obviously. No@syncpodcast.com and I will help you out. Lots of questions have been coming in and I'm happy to answer because it's fun. Now we're going to talk about divination. This is something I've really gotten into recently. Specifically with tarot and the etching. And I also use music because music is best. But the tarot. Oh boy. Oh boy boy boy. There's a lot embedded in those cards. And so how do we use things? Like I never knew how to use tarot.

I didn't know what was going on. But again, my contention is this is that the world is a symphony of synchronicities and you're the conductor. And the song that you're conducting is one to wake you up to who you really are. So we use tools like divination to help us get in touch with the deeper aspects of ourselves that are really the real us. So when we use something like tarot, we maybe do a draw. And there's a lot of different things we can ask ourselves in these draws, there can be things like current situation, challenges, guidance. I'm a big fan of a three card draw with tarot. Other things you can ask yourself, what helps you?

What hinders you? What are your realize and unrealize potentials? What do you think? What do you feel? What do you do? Relationship stuff? How about you? Your partner? Your relationship? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? What advice do you need? What's going on with your mind? What's going on with your body? What's going on with your spirit? These are all questions you can ask at any time and get a tremendous amount of insight. So I was sharing that I've been drawing the two of cups like a lot. And I was like, I've drawn it like 20 times in the past, you know, two, three days. And Devin person who runs a wonderful podcast called this podcast is a ritual.

He's a wizard said, why are you drawing tarot 20 times? Didn't you get what you needed to know? That's a really good question. But I got a lot going on. There's a lot of different angles of reality to look at and a lot of different questions one might have. And using yourself as the kind of internal barometer and gauge of what you should be doing is the best thing you can do. Now, this requires that you're honest with yourself. It also requires that if you maybe pull a card or open something in the eaching that seems inauspicious, right? Not a good thing to pull. Like the devil or just some horrible like, you know, collapsing.

I forget what they call in the eaching. But there's ones that just don't sound good. I encourage you always, always to read. If you're reading like a tarot explanation or the eaching, read until the end. You would be surprised how many of the quote unquote inauspicious divinatory cards or circumstances have embedded with them the most auspicious conditions, right? If you can navigate an inauspicious pull or draw and see the wisdom embedded in it and the opportunity embedded in it, you're on the right track. So always read to the end. Always look at this in a way that is opening you up to yourself.

If you notice yourself resisting or pulling back or holding on to anything related to divination, just check yourself. Just check yourself. You want to make sure you're constantly in this state of openness, receptivity and acceptance and not pushing away things that seem quote unquote negative. Challenges can be amazing. They can wake us up to who we are. They can open up whole new dimensions of ourselves and the world. So don't resist. Don't resist. So again, divination, how do you get started? Go to what moves you, right? If it's tarot, I've had tarot cards for, I don't know, six or seven years.

I never understood them. I didn't know what the hell to do with them. Honestly, I thought they were cool, but I didn't know what to do. It wasn't drawing. I didn't know what was going on. And then it clicked. And then I'm like, oh, I know how to use these. I just pull them for insight that I can't necessarily find with my rational mind. You'd be surprised how many times you're thinking of a card. So it wouldn't be cool if I pulled this and then you pull it. It happened to me like three times yesterday. And there's a lot of cards, what, 78 in the tarot? You hone in on that one. What are those odds, right?

So divination is a very, very useful modality for getting in touch with the unconscious aspects of your being. The real you, the true you, and just let yourself talk to yourself. That's really all it is. And if you have any questions on this stuff, I'm happy to do it. Answer them because I just think it's the best. It's so much fun using these tools and constantly getting little reminders and synchronicities that you're on the right track. You're doing the right thing. And even when it seems like external circumstances aren't conforming, you know, you need a little nudge sometimes. I get it. Faith can be hard to hold on to at times.

Although, remember, faith is just loyalty to the unseen world. Don't let your senses fuck you up, right? Don't let them fuck you up. Okay. The last thing. Oh boy. Healing, ancestral, karma, and trauma. All right. Let's talk about the premise again. Imagination precedes reality. What does this mean for people who are no longer here, who have passed away, who have died, have dropped their mortal coil? All right. Buckle up. Buckaroos. Here we go. This is what I'm telling you. So if imagination precedes reality, that means if you close your eyes and imagine someone who is no longer here, that's them.

It's not an idea of them. It's not just the thing you're doing in your head. That's them. That's more real than this world. So what are the implications of this? Well, first off, no one ever dies. No one ever is truly gone. And you can say, okay, well, well, that doesn't help me. Plus I love to go on and I don't see them anymore. Here, here you don't see them. Here you don't see them. But you can see them in your mind and trust me when I say that's them. They're there. You can talk to them even. You can get guidance from them. So how does this apply to something like ancestral trauma? So there are things that are parents, their parents, their parents, their parents, all these extended relatives have done in their lives that have created karmic circumstances.

And again, karma is malleable. Karma is not some fixed state that never changes. We are allowed and are supposed to break karmic chains. It's only 80% real. It's not 100% real. It's real because we give it reality because it's a stable imaginal act that most of us believe in. But the purpose of karma is for us to see our patterns, see what's going on, and then heal it and then fix it. So related to ancestral stuff is we have, may have family histories of negative carbon, quote unquote, negative karmic patterns that have been playing out over and over and over again through generations. These can involve money, destruction, environmental impacts, psychic impacts.

Think of someone like the Sacklers, right? The people who are Pfizer who have pumped in opioids into this world and have really led to millions upon millions of deaths. Like that's a lot of ancestral karma right there. Hopefully you're not dealing with that, but you may be dealing with something equally as intense for you and your life. So how do we go about healing this stuff? How do we deal with it? Because we're not those people totally completely. We are on some level, but you're you. You're you. So how do you heal familial and ancestral trauma? Well, here's the tip. You go in your imagination and you start talking to your relatives.

You start talking and dropping into the state where you know you're speaking to people and try to figure out what needs to be healed. Now, if you're lucky, you have living relatives who can connect you to these people in this world, right? And they can give you guidance on, you know, what has gone on? What were the patterns? What needs to be healed? So you can get a sense of where you should start. And then you just go and do it. You do it. And you recognize that all of this ancestral stuff does cascade down onto you in linear time. Now, remember, linear time is just one aspect of time. Time is this nexus point of which everything springs out of.

And we kind of condense it down into this limited bandwidth, this spectrum where we can perceive with our senses, right? And that's good because it would be overwhelming if we couldn't, and we were here. But we do have the ability to use our mind much like a prism, shine light on it, and move backwards and forwards. So if we identify patterns and traumas, we can go back and use the previous technique of rewriting them imagineally, right? Either with the visualization, again, I don't love that term, but using images or using a voice or another sense modality, right? If you guys are doing this with like smelling, that would be pretty cool.

But this is essentially what we do with ancestral karma. And you really need to make sure you click into the specific issues that your family is dealing with. And this obviously is something that, not obviously, but I would say this is probably what I'd consider a more advanced technique. This is something more akin to put on your own oxygen mask first, then go and do this, right? Then you can go and help other people because if you try to take on heavy, heavy ancestral trauma and karma without having your own shit stabilized, right, the discipline of your own mind, it's going to be a lot. It's probably going to be too much for most people.

So get your shit taken care of. And then this is really, I think, a big part of being alive in this day and age is we get to go and heal this stuff. So it's powerful. It's interesting. You know, this is kind of what I'm giving you here is imaginal mysticism, right? This is how we approach mysteries with some level of knowingness, not a cockiness and an egotistical approach, you know, that says we know everything, so we're going to fix it. But when you figure shit out, when you know something, when you've totally internalized and integrated something, that's the time to start sharing it, start using it and start saying what you know, right, really what you know, not what you speculate on, not what you're curious about.

You share what you know. And I'm telling you, all this shit works. And it works. And the way I know it works is because I'm using it myself and I'm seeing other people use it. I'm getting confirmation not only internally, but externally, and that's validation. And I'll leave you with one little note, something I've been thinking about. Vulnerability leads to invulnerability, right? And this is a tough little paradox here. It can feel like when we're being vulnerable, when we're sharing aspects of ourselves, that maybe they're shadow aspects or things we're not proud of or ashamed of or something like that, it can feel like just the opposite of being invulnerable, right?

Of having a thick scan, of being able to take anything and deal with anything, but I'm telling you, the more vulnerable you are in life, the more of yourself you start sharing, the more you realize you are truly invulnerable. Nothing can fuck you up. Nothing is going to break a hystride. So this is just something I've been thinking about. Remember to use this new imaginal technique. This is very, very important. I've given you two here. The first is the angel using your friend or family as an angel's voice, who's just going to confirm what you already know to be true. Snap back to that scene over and over.

And then the second is this ancestral karma stuff, talking to dead people. Oh boy, we're going off the deep end. That said, this shit works. Give it a shot. Don't be scared. I mentioned a few episodes ago that I am going to be doing an episode on mental illness and imagination. And I'm taking my time on this because this stuff hits people differently. And we did the episode about staying grounded, but I want to make sure that people listening, if they are kind of floaty, if they do have a tendency to go up in space and not stay grounded, that when I start talking about mental illness, I have a clear path and blueprint for those people staying grounded and using this stuff responsibly, not only for the betterment of their lives, but for the people around them.

So there's not too much friction and turbulence created. So that episode is coming. It's just the big and important one for a lot of reasons. So that's it. We did kind of a long one. Rate review this podcast, if you enjoy it. Share it with someone who would benefit from it. That's a good thing to do. And stay tuned. Oh my gosh. Stay tuned for some amazing music. I'm impressing myself. And that has usually been a pretty tall task. So just get ready for some cool shit. This year is going to be really fun. 2020 is going to be, oh my God. So just get ready. That's going to be amazing. And I will see you soon.
