(upbeat music) Welcome to Synchronicity. See, I told you, I'd be back. It wasn't gonna be that long. I don't know how many days it was, but it was in days, it is in months. That's an improvement. Sticking to my word. Got a lot of stuff to go over this week. I don't know how your week went. Worked to back it up. We again are once again through the looking glass, the dolphins, the Miami dolphins are good. They're good again. I don't know if they ever really were that good since I've been alive, but they're definitely not bad now. They had a crazy comeback. And whenever this happens, just so you know, this is like my, I forget what they call it, an inception, the spinning top, the anchor, the constant.
What's the word they use for that? Someone will let me know. But whatever that is, that thing, the constant, right? That thing, it's all over the place. I think we're in the dream, within the dream, within the dream now. 'Cause they're not supposed to be good. There is some metaphysical axiom that I'm not aware of, but yet, nonetheless exists, which is the dolphins are prohibited from being good in any type of baseline consensus, non-magical reality. So that's cool. We have that to look forward to. Hopefully they beat the bills. Don't like the bills. Don't like the bills fans. I don't wanna hear it.
Not a fan, Josh Allen. I don't like them. Sorry, it's just the way it is, but hopefully the dolphins beat 'em this weekend. We continue arriving to a magical, ridiculous round that makes no sense. Sounds good to me. Sounds good to you. All right, cool. Let's get with the program. This week, lots of stuff going on. We're basically, in case it's been hard to discern, and obviously this deviates from person to person, but generally, in what I would call the proverbial muck of energy weather pattern systems, right? We've been doing a lot of these readings, and we do some astrology stuff, and I talk about how it's really just weather.
It's like energetic weather patterns. It's like, if you get a report on your phone that says it's kinda 90% chance of rain or whatever it is, you know, someone told me that that's coverage. It's not actually the percentage chance it will rain. It's the coverage area of the rain. Is that true? I don't know exactly what it is. I've never really quite got that. But anyway, you're getting a preview of what potentially could be going on energetically, and as it relates to your natal chart, your birth chart and transitions of where the planets are in the sky now, and depending on the perspective of what you look at these things, you can glean sometimes when it may be auspicious or not so auspicious to get some stuff done energetically.
Right now, it's just kind of like a clusterfuck. I think Mercury is still retrograde. I'm not really keeping up to it, but I know it was thereabouts. It was just going retrograde or something. It's doing its thing, and it's kinda hanging out and hovering over themes for people. So if you find yourself kind of ruminating or being unable to get past a certain type of energy right now, and it's not feeling particularly flowy, even if not more flowy than before, it's all good. It's just kind of the nature of where things seem to be at. It's a recalibration. It's like a refocus or focus your energies on something type of time period, not necessarily a tremendous amount of forward movement.
That doesn't mean you can't move forward and experience and start setting your goals or even reaping the rewards of any kind of manifestation or imaginal kind of acts in your world, but I don't know, it's kinda slow going. So I was talking to someone in kind of relaying how I looked at, we were talking about crypto stuff, but it was in under the guise of energetic principles. And I was pointing out how like the period of time where things go up really fast and everything is really great and you're kind of euphoric and you can't believe, then you could apply this anything. It doesn't have to be crypto or money or anything, it could just be in a relationship or whatever.
Those periods are relatively energetically speaking, condensed, they're shorter time frames than periods of stability or kind of equanimity or even the opposite, even downsides can sometimes seem to last longer than those crazy like peak ups, like which is like the onset of like MDMA or something. It's like a wild crazy period, but it is kind of relatively short-lived. So a lot of people find themselves on that trough on the way down wondering like, what do I do? Like did I just like one step forward, two steps back? And what I can say is if you look at the work that you put in like energetically imagining a scene, living from the end, embodying a different state, appropriating different states of consciousness, whatever you want to call it, jumping timelines, playing the video game, being the matrix, whatever, you know, allegory you want to use, those periods of time like necessarily are like reaping the rewards, like if you plant something, right?
And let's say it's a delicious apple tree. First you have to wait for the tree to even grow, right? Even if you plant it as like a sapling, you sort the way for it to grow into a fruit-bearing tree. Let's say you plant it from a seed, it takes even longer. Now we're not really worrying about the time differentials right now. We'll talk about that a little later. But there's a period of time and space it has to go through to get to be the thing. Now the actual apples that you eat, it's like a pretty small period timeframe out of the year where you would even harvest those. It's like a couple of months, you know?
And that's like not for one tree, it's probably less than that, but just like the season for harvesting apples is like it's not that long. So you don't have to worry about it not being like this everlasting state of eternal apple trees. I'm sure there's some good individual metaphor, it's subconscious thing going on there. But you don't have to worry about the period of time in which like you're even the apples, not being the extended constant period of time. That's really not how things work. It also makes you appreciate those times in a different context because you have a different perspective than you would as if it was just your constant state.
It wouldn't feel like anything special. So that state of aspiration that you're kind of imagining, living it, embodying it, you can stay there as long as you want. You can be from a creative energetic place and hang out there forever. But usually what people will do is put them through some cyclical pattern of growth to get as many different perspectives on a particular issue until they feel comfortable to either let it go completely, integrate it into themselves, rather than having to learn more about that situation. So if you find yourself running one of those patterns and it keeps coming back, you don't have to worry about like constant contraction.
And so there's going to be some thing that you're destined to live over in some hellish, Nietzschean loop nightmare. That's really not what you're doing. I mean, you may be doing it to yourself, but like that's a choice. You don't have to like live that's not like a function of reality. So a lot of this stuff too has to do with like what Neville Goddard would call repentance, which he had a fun take on that, where repentance typically, if you look at it, it's like, oh, please forgive me. I repent for what I did. I'm so bad. It's like the Yom Kippur thing to Jewish house holiday. It's like a toning for your sins.
Like, oh, I repenting. I'm so it's not what he's talking about and what this concept is. This is when you find yourself in a state, right? Of consciousness, of being. And your senses and everything around you is saying, hey, you remember that thing you were imagining? Or do you believe it was going to come true? You're wrong. It's not going to. It's this look at you seeing, how could you think that? What are you, who are you kidding? How is that possible? And like, this isn't something to be completely ignored, right? You don't ignore that state. It's a thought that's going to happen. There's an infinite spectrum of thoughts that are going to happen.
Some are going to be, you know, great. Some are going to be not so great. And you have to learn how to accept. And it will not accept, but acknowledge them all and figure out which ones you want to really identify with. Because ultimately what you're doing is you're identifying with what you believe about yourself, right? That voice in your head is going to pitch you a ton of ideas. You have to be the person as the consciousness sitting behind that being like, all right, I think that's aligned with what I believe myself to be, right? So repentance is when you're just like, it's not aligning. And you don't want to be doing this in like some like stubborn would have to be that way.
It's the way my engine did. It's like, no, that's not what it is. But it is kind of let me look at the opposite of what is going on. What's the nature of the opposite that I'm trying to experience here that I'm not seeing? Like what is the function of me doing this if what I intend to do is not this? And the things that will come up from there will usually be relatively useful. But the best thing you can do is understand that this is just the game of identifying with your conceptions of who you are and what game you're playing. Ultimately, the longer you kind of live in a state of, I don't want to call it grace, but the ability to kind of see behind like the regular sensory input and cultural input that we get is it is a game of kind of realizing that, okay, with this thing, you call your consciousness, your conception of I am, that is God, right?
That is the creator. That is the thing that is creating everything that you see and everyone else sees. And what we call I am is quite literally what everyone is talking about in these holy scriptures when they're talking about God, this creator. It's not some externalized being who does something to you. It is this power inherent to you and everyone else to create and uncreate and make real and not make real whatever it is in their life. And the beauty of that is if you truly constrict yourself down into a being who does not believe that's true at all and that it is just a series of kind of random or sequential genealogical kind of processes to create this realm, that is what you will experience, right?
But ultimately there is this thing that kind of pulls us along and tries to get us to see the true nature of reality here where it's just like, okay, shit. I think I am in control to some degree of how my reality is going. At least my perception of it can be modulated, right? So repentance is looking at something and just being like, you know what, I was not the mark that I was trying to hit, right, I haven't done exactly what I intended to do but I do know that my reaction to this also creates and uncreates potentially a lot of different realities. And this is something to be held lightly. Don't take any of this stuff too seriously and make it too strategic, right?
It's a really light and gentle touch you need for kind of identifying with the best parts of who you are and what you wanna be doing. So living your life as though it were true is, it's not really quite faking until you make it, spirituality is not far off. But living as if it were true means lesson. If you were a person who was infinitely wealthy or infinitely healthy or infinitely capable of being a loving being, what would your reactions to life be? If you have any sense of awareness of what that would be like, try to align yourself with those type of thoughts and feelings as much as possible.
No one is going out there asking you to be a different version of yourself. Well, maybe someone is out there asking that. I'm not, I don't think you're asking that of yourself. Be who you're gonna be. That's like incredibly important. I mean, that goes back to the end of the last episode where it's like this ability to be selfless and ability to truly help anyone or any conception of anyone in your life. Like you have to start with yourself and understand what a baseline level of like taking care of yourself means. And what, how to do that in the best way, you know, for you to really like do the things you want to be doing to do.
But you're the creator. You create both lovely and unlovely things. And associating with the lovely, doesn't mean you're just like a goody two shoes. It just means that you're associating with things that you feel are more aligned with your inner nature. The real truth is most people don't want that like, there's not like a huge degree of variance on what people want out of life. This, you know, the way that looks and the permutations of that might be infinite. But ultimately, like people are looking for a very similar type of existence. One of fulfillment, satisfaction, security, happiness. Harmony.
Here's the also real truth is a lot of people do need that creative or sexual or intellectual or philosophical attention to really, they use that energy to kind of propel themselves to a wider perspective of, you know, knowing this. So don't dislike, basically you don't go around judging anything. This is the hardest part of, here's probably the hardest part of all this shit. And I would say it's an understandably difficult part because one of the things that breaks us out of like any real spiritual hex or like curse or down period or whatever, is being able to laugh at ourselves and just laughter in general, like finding shit funny.
That's really like one of the easiest ways. So a lot of people recognize the inherent kind of like spiritual power of laughter and being able to make people laugh and laughing at stuff. Like that's incredibly important, right? It's like top skill. That said, we have this fear that if we become more sensitive and aware of, you know, love and being generous and caring that like we will suck dry the humor or what's funny out of every situation, which just isn't true, right? Like some of the coolest spiritual people I know are some of the funniest, like just inherently in how they approach life. Both as like a lived thing they're doing, but also just like what they say in their perspectives.
So it's not true, but it's like really difficult to not think that, especially as someone who is, you know, trying to entertain any aspect of society. So it's just like it's a tough thing where you recognize the inherent power of like laughter and joy, but like you don't want to get into like too judgmental to make those points. So it's a fine line. And like I think the best example of this I would give is like if you're gonna embody like a critique of modern culture where we are, like it's like the Don Rickles approach, right? Like Don Rickles famous for roasting the shit out of people just like relentless, just crushing into people, you know, saying the most outrageous stuff that no one else could say because you knew that he was doing it from pretty much a place of love and it was a shtick and it was thing, totally permitted, people loved it.
It's like getting roasted by like a cool person that makes you laugh, even if they're being like serious and some of the things they're saying are hitting too close to home, it's still like a cathartic way of dealing with it. That's always needed. But few and far between are people who can actually do that. I could probably think of like a few of them off the top of my head, but not that many. It's like a really tough thing to do, but don't think all humor and like finding shit funny, there will always be infinite kind of levels of that energy wherever you're gonna go as you ascend consciousness.
So right, let's talk about time a little bit. This is probably what I've been thinking the most, getting the most downloads about this week is time and it's function and just kind of it as a concept. So let's think of the alchemical cross, right? The Jesus cross on the horizontal access, we have time, right, past, future, present. The cross is this level of consciousness, this vertical kind of lower, higher levels of consciousness, right? And we can think of a line and really we should probably think of it like a parabola, spiral parabola going up, but we'll just leave it as a linear thing right now, this axis, let's think of it like that and basically time doesn't really work the way we experience it.
And it's like passe to say that right now, it's not like some amazing new novel concept, but what I do mean is is that the energy of how long things have been dwelling in your consciousness doesn't need to have the same, the impact you think it does. If you've been dealing with an issue for decades, for years, for months, for weeks, for days and the time period you would like to actually deal with it is smaller than that. You don't have to package it in this big fucking decades long box of shit that you haven't been able to overcome or deal with properly to your satisfaction. You can compress it down to a unit of time spiritually, which is much more close to how time exists anyway, kind of phasing in and out of consciousness out of this period of time, regardless of how we string it together as beings.
If you do that, you can deal with pretty big issues in what amounts to a very short period of time in real world 3D time, which is super bendy anyway, right? Like, any psychedelic, what's one of the first things that gets modulated and completely out of whack? It's your sense of time, like it's like, what have you been doing this trip for days? What do you mean it's only been two hours? Like, there's crazy modulations that go on there, which is much more accurate to what time's function is. Are we bound in some capacity to experiencing time in this linear fashion? Kind of, I don't know about you, if you start remembering or have dreams at night that are wildly different, that are beyond your possible wildest dreams, but yet you're having them.
The stitching together of the days doesn't feel like the most cohesive. It's kind of cohesive. If you're working on something or you have kids, you see them progress in time, but even that. It's like jumping into a new movie set every day. And it kind of is pretty close to what's actually going on, but anyway, movie set, you can produce direct, right? Start in and act in your own movie, right? That's the truth, but you do have to set that intention and kind of resonate with the things that you focused on and wanna think about, right? So you identify with the creator, with your own imagination, the sense of I am, and you appropriate states as you see fit, right?
One reason people are like, "Well, I don't like what?" Why does some people seem resistant to this? Or why? Why, you know, I did it for a little bit, but then I can't do it again. I just wanna be clear, the amount of psychological, emotional, psychospiritual energy that you're taking on when you embody this mindset is big. It doesn't mean it's too big for you to handle. Certainly not. But you are ultimately taking responsibility for every single thing in your reality, right? You can't really pass the buck at the end of the day. You can't blame other people, or this, or that. So you can't really half-ass it.
Listen, here's the truth. You can take a lot of these metaphysical principles and just like use them as tools to kind of gain and get what you want in life. There's really like, there's nothing that says that that. It doesn't like rule, where that's not allowed. That's true. But if you really start kind of embodying this awareness of identifying and resonating with certain kind of vibes and frequencies consciously, you then begin to unwrap this idea that you're really kind of doing this for real, yourself, you and you alone, right? That's a tremendous amount of psychological, emotional, psychospiritual pressure.
I just would be remiss if I didn't point that out. Even if you feel like you've been surfing this wave for so long and you will throw yourself a fucking a monkey wrench at times. In my experience, maybe it's just me. Maybe that's just me. So be aware, don't shy away from, but if you start associating with conceptions of yourself for whatever reason that aren't aligned with who you really know yourself to be, if you really start accepting those thoughts in and you associate with them, you will create those realities. That's why things can flip so easily sometimes for people and it can feel like, what the fuck just happened?
I just got judo flipped. Absolutely can happen. So just be aware of what happens when you start associating. If you notice yourself like being pretty hard on yourself, you gotta be like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Would I talk to someone else like that? If so, why would I do that? Is this helping? Is this hurting? Okay. One thing that you're gonna do, I found this pretty interesting. I was reading an old Neville Goddard thing and he was talking about, I don't know if I had read this one, I'll get the name of the book. But he was talking about like, you know, these theories here about these animal sacrifices in the Bible and all these places and it's like brutal.
It's like, geez, I'm killing goats. I mean, they still do it places too. And it's like, oh, wow, it's so brutal. But what he was talking about is what you're really doing is the animals aren't actual animals, whether or not they were or not. I don't think he's speculating on that. But what you're doing is you're offering your body of suffering, right? So these are the animals and making them burnt ones, which are your grievances, right? And then you burn them on the altar and sacrifice those to go away. So it is not suggesting that you just disassociate and don't pay attention to quote unquote negative thoughts or griefs or suffering or states of consciousness that are painful or hurtful.
You don't ignore them. That's not gonna work, they'll come back, they'll become stronger, they'll become sneakier and it'll definitely kind of like fuck your shit up. If you just ignore the bad things or unpleasant things in life, what you do is you acknowledge them, you kind of kill them, you know, I was like, all right, I hear you up and I'm gonna throw you on this fire here and offer this up as a sacrifice just because this is not what I'm resonating with right now. This is not what I'm trying to do. And you'll know what it feels like when you do that correctly. Again, this is an internal process, right?
You can visualize it if you want, there's no need. It's an internal process. I also want to talk about that a little bit. Like it's not so much about the visualization. That's like a really good first few examples for you to see how you can embody these like very specific situations. But there is there a felt capacity to know when you're shifting kind of levels of consciousness when you're moving timelines accurately. It definitely feels a certain way and you can't trick yourself on it, right? Like it will feel a certain way that you're like, oh, that's real. That's actually what, I think that worked.
So don't focus so much on like the visualization, the visualization stuff is good. I don't want to knock that at all. It's just that that's not the biggest part of it. Like there is a felt quality. I'm sure everyone does this differently, but that is definitely one of them. The other thing is is like be super careful with how you talk about yourself in your own head. Like if you're saying, I'm sad, I'm lonely, I'm no good, I can't do this, that shit is powerful, right? If we're saying that I amness is kind of the creator aspect of you and your world, just be aware of what you're doing when you kind of really resonate and identify with those thoughts.
That will be pernicious. That will dictate a large portion of your life. If you can identify with other aspects of your being, while watching those thoughts come through, that's going to be a much easier and lighter space for you to kind of operate from. So just be careful about the identities and personas that you choose to embody. Don't get too caught up in stuff. I mean, I'm sure we've seen it, it's been a land field out there. We'll talk about just like the outside world going on, so we're not so on our own heads this episode. But like, listen, there's people are not all coping in the best of ways right now.
It doesn't mean things are headed for a doomsday or a nuclear apocalypse, but it doesn't, it's not looking great out there. So just acknowledge that that may be going on, but don't let it distract you from kind of your task at hand, which is focusing on what it is that you feel would make you fulfilled, fulfilled, or happy, or a peace, or being able to express love. Being able to express love just sounds like jacking off to me. So horrible curse I'm afflicted with that any real spiritual axiom or term, somehow I will make disgusting in my own head. But whatever it is, what it is, yeah, it's like the Madonna song.
Express your stuff, right? So anyway, it's good, it's good stuff out there. It's not, so just don't get too swayed by media is what I'm trying to say. Like, you are ultimately in charge of what you consume and what you listen to. It doesn't mean you have to be like a zealot and consume no pop culture or current events. It's just be aware of the impact that those stories have on you. Yeah, like that's, you really have an unparalleled amount of choice and diversity in terms of what it is you want to engage with. Pick those things, you know, find those things. Don't be beholden to narratives that are meant to kind of confuse.
Like, also understand it's not even like there's some nefarious evil monster controlling, maybe from like an archetypal energy standpoint, but like, this is just systems that are really driven by attention and the easiest way to get attention is not necessarily what's best for what you should be consuming, right? Take this from someone who's a TikTok aficionado. You gotta know the good TikToks from the bad TikToks and they're not, and the ratio you can tell. Like, there's times of creativity and great genius and there's times of like, okay, it's downturn city. Electronic music has been pretty good about that through the however many cycles it's been through, like, it definitely goes in phases.
We're in a weird phase now with electronic music. I can barely keep up. I think happy hardcore type speeds are back. What's going on? I don't know. It's insane. Fluttering, I think somewhere between like drum and bass and house will just be in this weird range for a while 'cause you can mix the 140 BPM trap beats with them. Anyway, stuff's going on, stuff's happening. (laughs) Yeah, it's just pretty, it's pretty fucking nuts. No one is gonna deny that it's nuts. You can watch it from a non-judgmental place and find it hilarious in its own right and knock it swayed by it, then do that. That's the best approach.
You don't wanna be totally non-engaging with this stuff. It wouldn't be coming up into your consciousness if you didn't have something to deal with energetically on the level of like what you should be paying attention to. Right? I don't know. Just my two cents. Don't worry too much about money stuff. That's easier said than done. It can be very chaotic and be very hectic, but just, you know, that's a good thing to practice the repentance stuff on. Really, you're gonna be fine. You really are. Like, you will determine how fine you are, but you gotta understand that and know that intuitively and if you can feel yourself into that and shift your energy towards that vibe.
Like, you just watch what happens. Like, I know enough crazy ass fucking people who somehow are able to like resonate and like attract money who really, by all accounts, should not be able to do so. It's like, wow, how are you not totally broke? How do you have zero dollars? But yet, there here we are. So just don't freak out about that. We won't do a whole debt talk and like tips and tricks and all that. We're not at that point in a recession yet. Just the stuck energy you will move through. Just understand that if you're moving on new endeavors and you feel like you need an answer right away, you can take the time to feel yourself into that answer, but don't force it.
There's no reason to be forcing anything right now. If there's no wind, you just don't need to put your sails up. It will get windy again. It always happens. It literally does. So just don't feel too pressured or in a place that you have to be doing something right now. It's not mandatory. Does that make sense? Okay, pretty short episode. I mean, I feel like it's better to have short episodes than no episodes, right? We'll try to get some guests on, hang out with some friends in the near future. Patreon people will be in touch this week. We'll do some stuff. Discord's going good. Stuff's going good.
Regular shit is out there. Readings are open. Those are going really good, I gotta say. It's like a semi-reduced schedule for the beginning of school season for dad duties, but there's plenty of reading spots, I think. Pretty good times. Probably harder the more in front of or severely behind East Coast you are, but we'll open up some more spots there. Anyway, those are fun. Those are on the site, samepodcast.com. You can look at those under readings, top left, I think. That's it. That's it. You guys are cool. I will see you soon. (upbeat music) (upbeat music) (upbeat music) (upbeat music)
