Welcome to Synchronicity! I have a fun episode this week. By the way, recording a few guest episodes in the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned for those. We'll put some on the Patreon. Patreon is going great. We've got live streams going on again. Music. We'll be doing some music making, some readings we've been doing there specifically for them. You can catch the live streams. I usually do them on Twitch, twitch.tv/synchpod, but I record them only for patrons. So if you get to see them live, which you would just have to randomly know when they are, I post when they are on the Patreon, you can watch them, but if you want to see the recording, you kind of get a encapsulation of what they were about. You've got to join the Patreon. That's how we do it. Before we get to the episode, big shout out to the sponsors who have returned. Ned, you know them from CBD products. I've been talking about their hemp oil for quite some time. They have a new product called Shaddai Chai. This is perfect for people who have trouble going to sleep. I don't know who out there has that issue.

I often have that issue, especially we just had a full moon last night, December 7th. And it was in Gemini. It's a big ol' full moon, conjunct Mars. For me personally, when full moons happen, I stay up super late. It's like I sometimes don't even know full moons are happening and I'll be up and it'll be like four in the morning, like why the fuck am I up? And I'll be like, oh yeah, it's a full moon. Got it. So this Shaddai Chai is this new product from Ned. You go to helloned.com. Use the code SINK. S-Y-N-C at checkout. You get 15% off anything you order, but the Shaddai Chai is what you should be checking out. It is Chai T, who doesn't know what that is, and it is loaded with healthy things like magnesium.

It's got chaga mushrooms, other cool shit in it, and it will help you go to sleep. They recommend taking it about an hour before you plan to go to sleep. And I will say I tried it a few nights ago. It's delicious. It's got some spices in it. It's got some flavor in it and it absolutely helped me go to sleep. Granted, I had been pounding melatonin the previous meek, just pounding it. So many milligrams of melatonin and it wasn't really doing too much for me, but the tea actually got me to sleep pretty quickly and it felt great. So and that was like the pre full moon kind of jazz that was going on. So I was a little up, basically. So yeah, check that out. Again, hello, Ned.com use the code sink as way and see it. Check out check out their Shaddai Chai, their new awesome sleep aid product loaded with magnesium and other healthy stuff. I think you're really going to like it. They sent me it a couple weeks ago and I've really been enjoying it actually. So big shout out to Ned. Those guys are cool. Thanks guys. You guys are the best. So yeah, go support our sponsors who support this show. Okay. On to the episode. Whoo, Maron, I have this energy going for everyone. It's pretty wonky. I feel we have rounded the corner. Is anyone else feeling that? Is anyone else feeling like we've definitely turned that corner? We are approaching a new version of our lives of the collective. It certainly seems like that to me. I don't want to make it seem like we're there and we've been living in it and everything is wonderful and everything is great and wonderfully. We're there though. We have termed that corner. Today, I really want to focus on something that I often forget.

I forget it a lot when we're doing the imaginal stuff or any type of deep inner work where we want our lives to kind of substantially shift in a particular direction. And that is this idea of catastrophic change and catastrophic doesn't have to be bad. It doesn't have to be cataclysmic in the way that everything goes to shit, but it does mean your current version of yourself, your current version of your life necessarily needs to go away. In the reading we did on the live stream a few nights ago, the surrender card kept coming up multiple times in different oracle decks one after the other. And that definitely feels like what we are being asked to do right now. Sometimes when we imagine stuff or we are trying to manifest things or we want a substantial life shift or a timeline jump or whatever you want, we like to think that, okay, I'm just going to add the good to what is already going on. Nothing else is really going to change in my life. I'm just going to add things and kind of cumulatively build the world that is important for me or that I want to experience and that's the way it's going to work. And it does kind of work like that, but it really does have a lot to do with taking away and shifting mindsets. And one thing that I spoke about early on when we were talking about this a couple of years ago, all this stuff is psychic death, right? Kind of really being ready to kill a version of yourself to allow a new version to propagate and kind of go take over your life, be the version of you who is a different person. That brings up usually a lot of egoic fear, hesitation, trepidation, reluctant energy, because we don't, we tend to cling to things, right?

We want familiarity. We want to be able to kind of predictably know how we're doing and what's going on. That's just the tendency. It's something we seek in terms of comfort and security. And I don't want to say unfortunately, but a fact of kind of energy work is that uncertainty that change, that instability, even fear being a precursor is a sign that you're on the right track. So we don't necessarily want to be comfortable at all times, sometimes going into discomfort, going into feelings of uncertainty really are the catalyst that we need to kind of propel us into a different realm, right? A different version of our lives, a different version of ourselves. And you can look at this if you've gone through periods of change and you look back to when you were really kind of firing in like the change realm, you're really just kind of changing your life around. Think of what you were doing. Think of how you were, right? There was probably a lot of discomfort at times, especially before you kind of emerge from the chrysalis as a new version of yourself. So I want to just take the time to kind of focus on why that is a functional aspect of our reality creation, of our experience of reality, and that also try to get across the point that we don't want to like, we don't want to discount that, right? We don't want to, let me turn the mic up. We don't want to really get to the point where we run away from drastic change because it's one of the hallmarks that we're doing something correctly. It's one of the hallmarks that we really are on the right track. And I know it can be scary. I know it can be difficult.

I know it can be challenging, but it is a necessary kind of prerequisite for changing our lives in a substantial way. If you think about your life is just an aggregate accumulation of your perspectives, your energies, your ideas, your thoughts, your feelings, changing your feelings, your thoughts, your ideas will lead to an external change as well. But we like those thoughts. We like being comfortable. And it is this interplay and this play between comfort and progress. They're not mutually exclusive. I don't want to make it seem like those two things are they don't go hand in hand often at times. But really when we're talking about drastic change, drastic kind of differences in how you experience life, there is going to be surrender. There is going to be loss. It's likely there will be some aspect of discomfort. How long you exist in a state of discomfort or uncertainty is completely up to you. Your perspective and your ability to kind of see the benefits of going through those states of consciousness is what determines the length of them. It could be months. It could be years. It could be days. It could be hours. It could be minutes. One of the benefits of psychedelics is they move us through perception change relatively quickly, right? For whether you're micro dosing or macro dosing, there is a tendency to move through states of consciousness very quickly, which can be uncomfortable. That's why you see a lot of people get uncomfortable on psychedelics. But there's a functional role to that. It shifts our perspectives quick enough that we kind of get a reference point for how we're living, how we would like to live. Now, some people when they come off of those psychedelics, they go right back into their old thought patterns and there really is a substantial shift unless they're on the substance that they're using, which is why, you know, in tandem with kind of doing the work to realize what is creating your life, that's usually how psychedelics are most beneficial. The thing is, if you become reliant on any one thing or any multiple things that doesn't kind of isn't contingent upon you changing your mind, it's unlikely to last.

It's unlikely to kind of shift into a mindset that is stable and you can adhere to for the long haul, right? So with uncertainty, it's just one of these things where you don't like get to be super comfortable. I'm someone who I would consider it as relatively comfortable with uncertainty in uncertain periods of my life. I find that I kind of have this sixth or hidden gear that allows me to kind of shift into stability with that, even if it's not, even if it's very shaky ground, I kind of know how to exist in that plane of awareness. If you don't, don't panic, it's okay to be uncertain. It's okay to be uncomfortable.

These are states of consciousness that I highly recommend getting familiar with because if you're only seeking out comfort and stability, the chances of your life getting into a rut or being complacent or not experiencing everything you're trying to experience, it goes up. That those chances go up. Comfort has, it is an inverse relationship between substantial and rapid growth. That could be kind of a sad thought. Like, well, I want to be comfortable and I also want to experience growth and change. You will. I'm not saying that those things are, you can't experience them in the same lifetime, but the more we seek comfort, the more we seek security, the more we seek stability, the more we hinder our ability to grow. That's kind of an uncomfortable truth at times because we would like everything to be comfortable, secure, certain, and be able to grow in profound ways. Again, it's not this binary relationship where that's not possible. It's just look at your own life. Look at the times where you really feel you've grown the most in your life. Were you incredibly comfortable? Were you incredibly certain? Were you incredibly sure of yourself? Again, when we're talking about manifestation, there's a lot of emphasis put on knowingness and certainty and clarity.

Those things absolutely come into play, but there also is the playing out of the imaginal act, of the manifestation, of the shift in reality, and that is where we tend to experience those friction areas, those moments of discomfort. The trick is to not get caught up in the discomfort, not get caught up in the uncertainty and use that as a functional tool to be like, "Oh, okay, this is a barometer for how I'm doing. I can check the pressure here to see if I'm on the right track." It's useful. It's a very useful tool. I think a proper relationship to discomfort and uncertainty is recognizing when they come in and what that potentially means, which often can be a sign of growth. Now, I don't want to be careless here and say that don't seek out purposely uncomfortable situations, just because discomfort is involved or uncertainty is involved doesn't mean you're necessarily moving to a higher plane of consciousness or a desired state of consciousness. It could just be bad vibes. It could just be a situation where things aren't really copacetic, where you're going. It doesn't discount your intuition.

What I'm talking about is more of a dreamy, uncertain, little bit shaky kind of, "Ooh, I'm nervous." It's like butterflies in your stomach type of thing, not a bad feeling in your gut that something terrible is going to happen, but more like, "Ooh, that's kind of what we're going for." I'll talk about this personally. For me, I have three children because I'm a lunatic and I want to play the game on hard mode. One of the things that I've really been looking for in my life, especially since my third child came, is personal space and the ability to achieve my creative goals and just feeling that I'm going through life in a cohesive way that allows me to focus on the things that I want to focus on. That's difficult for me, traditionally, in life, and it sometimes doesn't even have anything to do with kids. I can tend to procrastinate. I can tend to get into ruts. I cannot pretend to get in ruts. I can tend to get in ruts. I can get into situations where they're abundantly comfortable and I stop moving forward. It's just something I've noticed in my life. I'm sure you've noticed similar things in yours. Now, rather than take that as a condemning, "Oh, my life is just this. This is based on the choices I've made. This is what's going on." I don't accept that. I say, "You know what? Let me imagine the things that are really important to me. Let me really focus and hone in on the creative goals that I have in my life, the things I want to do, the things I want to share, the things I want to experience, the vibes I want to create. Let me really focus on those." That's what my imaginal activity is typically about. I won't lie. Of course, there are things to do with financial security and abundance. Of course, that stuff is weaved into that. I've seen enough ebb and flow there to know that that's okay. It's probably going to be fine. I probably don't have to obsess about that too much. But creativity for much of my life has been this elusive relationship, right? Inspiration strikes whenever it wants to. You don't necessarily get to choose when your creative flow moments come. I don't really accept that. I know that that's true. I know there are times where I feel more or less creative than other times. But I also know that if you really want to be doing something, you have to put yourself on the track to do it. I institute the practices. I institute the techniques. I go ahead, instigate the techniques. I'm all over the place with the words today. I do the techniques. Then, inevitably, something goes haywire in my life. Now, sometimes I react like, "Why is this going wrong? What have I done? Why is this the way that it is? What is going on?" Now, if I focus on that, if I focus on the chaos, if I focus on, and just to be clear, this full moon in Gemini really was because it was like the bookend of chaos. It's just such a crazy time for so many people. There's so many shifts that have been going on. There's so many changes and realizations and just like difficult energy, I would say, right? Hard energy that we've been going through. So, when this stuff starts popping up, there can be the tendency to focus on that aspect and lose sight that, "Well, this is maybe serving a larger goal. This is maybe in service of something that is very important to you, that you consciously or even subconsciously are very interested in experiencing." So, initially, when something goes crazy or haywire after doing a big kind of imaginal shift, I will react negatively. This, of course, has a lot to do with people's trauma responses, how they have been brought up, what relationships they've had, family stuff, friend stuff, romantic relationships, intimate relationships, all those things like they have, our responses to those are usually what kind of sets us on motion in terms of how we react to uncomfortable things. However, if you have the ability to take a few steps back, to take a couple perspective leaps back in time outside of yourself, you'll usually see like, "Well, what was I expecting? How was I going to have this new world enter into my life and, in my mind, coexist with how things were going?" That's impossible. That's literally not how it works. You don't get to live in all of the multiverses at the same time. Here, that's not your experience. You are not experiencing every array of possibility, every possible spectrum of feeling at the same time. On some level, as an infinite being, you are. But our perspective and our consciousness is consolidated into this narrow band, relatively speaking, of experience.

And so you don't have a new world come in and have it not devastate and replace what was there. I just say this because we're shifting into a vibe collectively and individually where we're really being asked to ask ourselves, "What is important? What would you like to experience? What would you like to be doing in your life? What are the things that you came here to experience?" Those are the questions that are popping up. And our willingness to answer those questions honestly really dictate our perceived success level, right? And this isn't like a one-time opportunity. This is an ongoing process of being alive. But I do feel this is kind of like a portal.

We're really in a portal stage here. There is this shift like some people are going to get on the spaceship. You may have heard Jessa talk about kind of the splitting or fracturing of worlds. I do believe that that is psychically what is happening to the planet. There are going to be people who say, "You know what? For all its flaws, for all its, you know, hindrances, for all its discomforts, I'm going to stay with the way my world has been going. Even if I'm miserable, I'm more comfortable being in a familiar territory than I am in terms of venturing out into the unknown." There are going to be people who say, "That is my vibe." Then there are going to be people like me, maybe you, who are like, "You know what? I need to go journey into the unknown.

I need to go and experience what I know is around on the other side. I'm not exactly sure what it is, but I know there's something there that I have to go and follow. There's something I have to experience. There's some aspect of the mystery that I still need to unravel." And these are conscious decisions. They're not, they're subconscious as well. They're under our threshold of awareness in large part, but these are eventually things we have to reckon with in our own minds, in our own psyches. And this is what I fundamentally feel and believe is happening. And so there's a lot of purging that needs to happen when we kind of make that decision. There's a lot of antiquated ideas feelings that are no longer in resonance with who we want to be or who we are actually are.

And dealing with those and that loss often that comes with that is a necessary part of being a human and being a divine being at the same time as being kind of a limited being, right? And it's just the lesson. It's just part of the plan. It's not some negative aspect of reality that we have to deal with and, "Oh, what was me? Things are so bad. Why can't I have her?" That's not what it's about. Again, you're running the show here. And I say this as much as I can, as often as I can, and I try to say it as heartfelt as I can. No one else is in charge of that. There's no outside circumstance who's dictating to you what needs to be done. It may feel like that. It may seem like that. You may perceive it to be like that. But it is you. It's your perspective.

It's your ideas. It's your feelings that kind of summon forth your reality. Now, are we collectively also doing this? Yes. I spoke about this quite a bit. If you had a chance to check it out on Jason Louvre's Ultra Culture podcast, you can go check that out. It was almost like a three-hour conversation we had a couple of weeks ago. I just got posted this week. Talk a lot about like, you don't get to necessarily decide your level of comfort as you move through things. You get to decide how you react to stuff, how you respond to things. But once you make a decision to put yourself on a different timeline, to actively pick up the controller and play the game, you do relinquish some stuff. And that's the fun of it, too. I want to be clear that it is a feature of reality that we don't know everything. That's a feature, not a bug. I want to be very clear about that.

It is not a bug. It is not an error that we don't know everything, right? We shouldn't know everything. It would kill quite a few of the most potent and awesome parts of being alive. You don't want to know everything. You can know some stuff, but isn't like, do you know what it's like when you discover something new and profound? What a wonderful feeling. Imagine if that was eliminated from your experience because you just knew it all. We don't want that to necessarily be a part of our consciousness where we just know everything and everything is great all the time. It's not, it sounds cool, but it's actually not. We do like the struggle. We do like the friction.

Now, don't identify with struggle and friction and discomfort so much that that is your entire perception of reality. That doesn't sound fun. It's certainly not what I'm going for. Most of the things that are incredibly important to me on a deep, creative, mystical level are things like music. You have to get into a mindset of dreaminess and uncertainty to be able to pull things from the ether. I think a lot of the joy of music would be sucked out if it was just completely strategically planned out in a formulaic way. That's not cool. That's not fun. Some of the best things I've ever created and I've ever heard are essentially happy accidents, things that people weren't planning on creating and they just stumbled across them and go, "Holy shit, isn't that amazing?"

Those divine kind of intervention and inspirational gifts are allow us to experience a wonderful aspect of reality. Being odd. Being in awe. By the way, is a wonderful kind of tool for imaginal work. I've talked about this often when you're doing an imaginal act. If you can build in the feeling of awe, it has a way of pushing and pulling those experiences towards your life and your perspective in a pretty rapid way because it is a feeling of pure wonder that is a really profound state of consciousness when you really think about it. Drugs are otherwise. Wonder is one of the best things you can experience. If you have children and young children, especially, you can see they're in wonder so often. Look what great fun they're having because it's just novel to them, everything. If you can take that approach in your life and really bring it to the forefront, not in a weird way. I know there's some spiritual teachers who are like, "Isn't it an amazing thing? Looking at everything, isn't it amazing or isn't it wonderful?" I think there's some value in that but it also feels a little too rigid and kind of like a weird way. It's not a one-size-fits-all type of situation in life. You can't use the same thing over and over and over and over.

You can remember core principles and figure out how to weave those into your life. Personally, the imaginal acts, the ability to summon forth desires in a specific way is something I hammer home constantly but it's the same exact application of it over and over again. That's not really what we're going for. I feel like we've covered that pretty well. I'm trying to remind people that don't be afraid of drastic change. If you're really doing this stuff right, if you're really doing it, let's just leave it at that, you will experience drastic change. Take that as a sign of progress and success. Don't take it as something you should shy away from and you're doing something wrong. That's the wrong approach. I'm confident in saying that. You'll roll. I'm just saying that is in my experience that absolutely is the case. I want to talk a little bit about a pretty recent development in artificial intelligence which I feel is a very pejorative word to the robots and we're probably going to have to look at that like a slur in like 20, 30 years when the robots are sentient and they're like, "Why are you calling us artificial? We are not artificial."

I doubt they'll talk like that. If anything was ever artificial, that's what it would sound like. Chat GPT. Have you guys heard of this? This is a revolutionary advance in artificial intelligence. It's a text-based, chat-based model where you can basically ask it anything and do anything. It can do anything. It can write lyrics to songs. It can write code. It can solve problems. It can create stories. It's really, really, really powerful and seemingly overnight it has had an explosion in popularity and people are figuring out different and creative ways to use it. It's the first technology I've seen in a while that it's very clear this is a major advancement and it's released to the public. OpenAI is the company that does it. It's called Chat GPT.

I highly recommend you play around with it especially if you're in the role. The only people I would say need to be a little bit worried about it right now are copywriters. This thing will write you copy on any subject in any level of detail that you want and it's pretty mind-blowing. It will also give you ideas. A lot of people right now are struggling with how to make money and how to figure out a business plan and how to figure out what to do or how to navigate the internet in terms of monetization. You could ask something like this like how would I create a YouTube video on X-topic? Give me detailed examples that I can speak about on X-topic. It works for that stuff.

I think we will see this be the start of a pretty big revolution in terms of how we're using these technologies to enhance our lives rather than them be at odds with robots, at odds with machine learning. It's something we're competing with. This hopefully can be a symbiotic relationship. It is definitely a little bit of Pandora's box stuff here. We don't know how this technology will prosper. It can certainly be used for malicious purposes. I saw a guy creating a virus in it and it won't let you create a virus. He's like, "Oh, can you put it inside of a Docker where it's not connected to anything and write the code that would be a virus?" It's like, "Oh, yeah, I can do that. Especially if you're not going to use it for anything." It writes the whole code. It's inside of something. If you copy and paste that code and put it outside of something, it's a full functioning virus. There will be some ramifications for this that aren't always pleasant, but it is such a major advancement in how we interact with technology and information that I think it's going to be pretty profound. I just want to call my shot there. I don't even think this is that big of a prediction. If you play around with this thing for long enough, you're just blown away that this exists in our timeline. I think we always like to think of things in terms of technological advancements being like 10, 20 years down the line, and then we'll have this, but it's really ramping up. We're really kind of unlocking levels and areas of reality that are fundamentally changing how people work, live, think, and experience life. That, to me, is a very cool thing. I don't think we should be shying away from technology. I'm very much open-minded when it comes to things like social media and the benefits. Sometimes it's wrong. Sometimes it's not good. Sometimes it's not helpful, but this seems to be a pretty important one. The Kanye destruction tour continues. I don't know what's going on with them. I will say we were talking about the Hitler making dope beats a few weeks ago. When I say we were talking, I was talking. I will say, I mean, at this point when a Kanye song comes on on shuffle, it's usually getting a skip from me. It's just harder to listen to when someone is actively going through such a destructive process in their own life. And it's not just because he's going after Jewish people now. It's the whole vibe that he's kind of bringing to this stuff. It seems at best immature and at worst intentionally malicious. I try not to judge people on what they're going through and what they're doing, but it seems misguided. I definitely feel bad for him. I hope that he doesn't feel bad. I hope that he has some level of awareness of he's a lightning rod, if anything else. I guess a lot of people who have animosity and anger are able to focus on him. And I'm not sure that's what he's going for, but it's certainly what he's getting. And it's not unexpected when you take these kind of incredibly polarizing views and associate with people like Nick Fuentes who are just like, yeah, it's not a good egg. No one's looking at that guy and being like, oh, yeah, that crazy right wing white supremacist in cell.

That's a good dude to be associating with. When Trump is trying to distance himself from the people you're bringing to his dinners, he's usually not good. So I hope he gets well. I hope he goes back. I think he just posted a new song on Instagram and the beats out of pretty dope. I hope he gets well because I miss listening to Kanye. I list being able to not have to think about social and political issues when I'm listening to music. I don't think we really necessarily want that at all times when we're just trying to enjoy ourselves or resonate with something you know, profound in the musical or artistic realm. So I do hope that he gets kind of whatever piece he's looking for. And I'm going to imagine him coming and landing in a nice place for everyone.

But it does seem like when Gavin McInnes is looking like the sane and rational voice in the room, you know, maybe take a couple plays off their champ. I think that's the first thing I tweeted when he really started going off the deep. I'm just like, take a couple plays off their champ. It's that simple. Like maybe don't do that super all the time. But you know, to each their own, we can't fault people. It's very difficult to know what it's like to be in his position as someone with that much influence, attention, awareness, and going through whatever he's going through. I mean, I know also as a father who is separated and divorced and tried to figure out your relationship with your kids and how often you're going to see them and how big of a part of your life you're going to be in. B of theirs, like that's difficult. I don't really fuck with anyone's psyche, especially if you're on a big stage doing it. So I do give him some benefit of the doubt.

But maybe don't specifically attack people of a certain group over and over again. I don't know. Just the thought. Just an idea. Everything else going pretty well. Like I said, we're definitely at the light of the end of the tunnel thing, right? That definitely is the collective energy we're in. I don't think it's going to be instant. I don't think we're going to rock into 2023 and everything is going to be utopian immediately. I don't even think it's going to be utopian in the next three or four years. I don't think we're going to click into a permanent utopia. However, that's collectively individually, you always have the ability to kind of shift into a life and around that works for you. Don't discount that. There have been times, the pandemic is the greatest example. People were miserable during the pandemic. They're restricted. They can't do anything. But I was traveling the world and having a wonderful time. So it's not that you are condemned to a specific state of reality because everything else is kind of wonky or weird or chaotic. Just remember that because you don't have to feel the influence of the world kind of like disrupting your own mojo, right? That doesn't have to be a thing. Now, don't completely ignore it, right?

There is a reason that you live in a collective, that you experience a collective, that you're plugged in in a way that no one else before you in the history of time has been plugged into the rest of the people around you. So there's clearly something that we're supposed to be exploring there. But don't let it dictate to you what's going on in your life. That's kind of what I would like to communicate as much as possible. Yes, the collective goes through gyrations and energetic movements, and we are part of the collective. So we necessarily experience and feel those things as well. But our own sense of empowerment, our own sense of power is what we're really being asked to look at right now. That is clearly the theme that we're being asked to focus on. Your own independent individual sense of empowerment and power, right? That is the theme. When it stops being the theme, I will be the first to let you know. And it will. That's always going to be somewhat of the theme, but it will be less and more at any given time. Just try to remember that if things are getting chaotic and try to remember that chaos can be a precursor to organization. Chaos has a relationship with organization and harmony. They enter their two sides of a coin, and one leads to the other inevitably. That's their relationship. It's like good and evil. It's just that's the duality of those two energies. So don't get too caught up in the chaos and think, oh, everything is flocked.

Everything is temporary too. It's a very important thing to remember. Things don't last forever, our beings do our eternal oneness does, but emotions, feelings, circumstances, expectations, those things are temporary. They're temporal. We pass and move through them. So just try to remember that as much as possible. Have a good time as much as you can. Find the moments of joy, experience those, cherish them, have reverence for them, and just try not to get too off base. If she can off base, if things go a little wonky, that's all. That's all I'm saying. That's really all I'm trying to communicate this week. Again, big shout out to Ned. Go check out their shut eye chai, their new chai tea that helps you with sleep loaded with factizium and other yummy good stuff.

That's helloned.com. Use the code S-Y-N-C at checkout 15% off anything you order. CBD stuff as well, but definitely take out the chai stuff. It's pretty dope. Oh, Christ Consciousness readings. I'm opening up to patrons this week, the Christ Consciousness readings. Those are hour-long readings that we'll do in the week of Krimbus, and we, I will open those up for the general public, non-patrons next week. That will be the time. So if you're interested in those, those of you have done them in the past know they're kind of like, it's one of the rare opportunities where I take an hour for an individual person. I typically do not do that, and I do it because I do like doing the deep dives. These are readings for people who are really like ready to kind of like investigate what's going on in their life and really get to the bottom of what they would like to experience in terms of fulfillment and happiness. It's not like that's going to happen from the reading, but we're going to get to the bottom of some energy. So we have enough time to really like delve into some deep shit. So those will be happening. Patreon, like I said, we're doing live streams, we're doing music, we're doing energy readings. We're having fun over there. So if you're interested in that, that's patreon.com/synchronicity. And yeah, it's, I know now, I have now carved out like a substantial life, creative life for myself, and it took some work, and it took some, some, some cajoling. It took some inner shifting. I'm very lucky to have supportive people in my life who understand that this is like a big thing for me. I don't know how it is for you, but I'm the type of person where if I'm not honoring kind of my own innate sense of creativity and the things I need to be doing in my life, whether that's like art or exercise or just conversations or I start to really lose it, I really like things just start to disintegrate. It's like the, the, and the marvel endgame thing where this thing, people are turning into dust. That's how I start to feel if I don't keep up the routines that I need to do. And I certainly have gotten out of sync with that. Just don't feel bad if you get out of sync with stuff. It's okay. There's a pun in there, I'm sure, with the podcast being called synchronous. If you get out of sync, it's okay. You can always get back in. It's always there for you. It will never go away. That's a pretty cool thing.

Okay, that's it for this week. Stay tuned for some guest episodes and some bonus content over on the Patreon and we'll probably do some guest stuff on the main one coming up. That's it. I love you.
