Welcome to Synchronicity. This week, we're gonna be talking about GOD. The universe, whatever you wanna call it, a high a pow-wah. There must be higher love, right? That's what Steve Winwood said. Reminder, you can get bonus episodes every Tuesday, Tuesday, over on the Patreon. We did a good one, and by we, I mean me, but people were listening on what was this past week? Be your own prompt engineer, that's right. The kind of way that you are your own personal chat GPT, and your subconscious will take whatever prompt you feed it. So figure out how to be a good prompt engineer. That was a good one, that was a fun one.
But today, we're going to be talking about GOD, a higher power, something out there, bigger than you and everything else, and this is like, this is a big one for a lot of people. A few weeks ago, you heard me in Jessa talking about how a lot of people are finding their way back to religion. Spirituality based on religious principles, right? In their own way, and not all in a kind of born again, Christian, or recommitting to Jesus, or Allah, or Judaism, not just the major three, but really just a stronger connection to religious principles. And perhaps the biggest religious principle, right? In a lot of ways, is deity worship.
Now, this obviously ranges from polytheistic religions to monotheistic religion, so there could be many gods, a pantheon, I spoke about that with Jaleesa, right? We were talking about kind of the pantheon and reconnecting with that energy. But there seems to be a clear shift, and I'm noticing it in many different areas, and that's kind of a reflection of my own personal video game I find myself in, but I wouldn't be surprised if you've been noticing it too, that people are kind of rediscovering religion, and the kind of deity worship that comes with that. And this is a tricky area, because a lot of people have grown up in religious paradigms that maybe aren't the best for thinking the Catholic church, and some of the other weird stuff that goes on in other places, and kind of the restrictive, hard-line approach to religion that really, for lack of a better term, fucks people up, right?
It's tough, I mean, especially if you tell a kid they're going to hell, or if they do that, they're sinning for the rest of their life, and they won't be loved by a higher power, and they're condemned to an afterlife of misery. That's a kind of tough, heavy burden for anyone to carry around, let alone a child growing up in that environment, right? It's a tough place, and I know a lot of you over the years have reached out to me, and extended kind words about how Neville Goddard and sharing that kind of interpretation of biblical wisdom was a nice path for them kind of realizing they're not all religion, and all parts of religion are useless, and I think this is like a turning of a wheel type thing, and epoch is changing, right?
An era is progressing, and this is a big shift, because I would say since when I grew up, I grew up 80s, 90s baby, right? I was born in '83, I'm Foti, and, you know, I would say the popular term that emerged for most of my teenage to adult life was spiritual but not religious, right? A lot of people would refer to themselves as that, and that's probably how I thought of myself, and think of myself in a lot of ways, but religion is here, it's not going anywhere, and it's important to ask yourself the question, why is it here? What's going on? Like, how has it lasted this long? I've spoken about this before, but basically, you know, you can take the approach that all religion is bunk, it's all bullshit, it's just a mass scyop to control the population because they need to believe in something bigger than themselves, because then they're more manageable.
Then you can get them to do things in the name of that religion, or in the name of that God that they otherwise might not be inclined to do. But at the end of the day, do you really need religion for that? No, I mean, the Nazis did it, other cults have done it, and it's not always used in a religious sense, you can organize people based on a bigger cause than them, and that can get them to drop certain aspects of their moral and ethical framework that they maybe carry around individualistically, right? So this is just to say that religion isn't the only tool that's used to scyop people or control people.
Fear in general is a part of it. Fear is a very good control mechanism, good in the sense that it's effective to get people to do things bad in the sense that, obviously it's a shitty thing to use to control people, but it usually doesn't last, right? Fear has an illusory quality to it that when investigated tends to shatter, right? You cast the light of awareness upon the dark inner underbelly of fear, and you realize, oh, I move through it, I see. It's a beacon of sorts. It's not necessarily this thing that's preventing me from doing everything I've ever wanted to do. It can act like that, but I'm just saying it's not just religion.
So let's look at kind of the concept of a higher power, and I think the emerging theme that I think if you can get comfortable with this, you will feel better going forward, and that is paradox. This end that are true, not this or that, this end that, right? Both of those things are true, even if they are seemingly diametrically opposed. That's paradox. That's tough for our minds to wrap around, wrap around, wrap, wrap, wrap, wrap, wrap, wrap, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, pardon me. Basically, it's tough for us to, 'cause we like to solve things. We see an incomplete picture. We wanna fill in the blanks.
We wanna, our brains are kind of designed to solve problems and fill in gaps where information isn't there, right? That's just naturally what we like to do as people. Good luck trying to stamp that out of your consciousness. So when you're looking at things and you're looking at problems, you want to say, well, there is this reason why this is happening, and we can use religion to fill in those blanks often, because there's a ritualistic component of it. There is a theology of it. There is a system underpinning it, and we like those things. It makes the feel more real. If I say, hey, I have a 20-point system here that's gonna help you do X, you're gonna feel better than if I just say, you know, stuff you can, I guess you could do, and maybe even if it's the same exact information, the organization, hello, Virgos, really hits people in a way that makes it feel like it's something.
So again, we can go back to the idea of religion being this control mechanism, and that's all it exists for. But then you have to ask yourself, well, why is it persisted for so long, right? Why does it still seem to connect with people on a deep, deep level? And these are important questions, right? These aren't things that you should just discard and say, oh, well, because it's X, Y, and Z, I'll just leave it at that. I like I'm just using the X, Y, and Z example, as though that just is can be for anything. It's like the yada, yada, yada, sign felt thing. My point is is that you can look at these things and say, sure, they are manipulative, they have been around for a long time, but so have a lot of stuff, so have a lot of things, right?
And they haven't lasted the same way that religion does, and the idea of God or gods, right? This is something that has existed as part of culture, seemingly since culture has been recorded, written down for posterior sake, right? This is religion has been a part of it. And I think it's important to analyze, like, why? Why do we feel that there is something broader than us? And then what is our relationship to that thing? You know my beliefs and what I've shared quite a bit about how we are all God, but that doesn't negate the reality or the potential reality that there is something greater than just our individual consciousness and our individual soul.
That may be the mechanism in which we alter our 3D reality and other dimensional realities, but it doesn't mean it's the only thing. And I think that's something that can get lost when we start talking about personal agency, individualism, even individuation. There is a broader aspect of consciousness that you don't have to define it. Some people like to use the word universe. Some people like to use the word source or spirit, right? It doesn't have to be God. It doesn't have to be odd deity or a bunch of deities. It's really whatever resonates for you, but I think it's important also to just give that a chance to actually, like, hit you and feel like something in your body, in your mind, in your soul, right?
It's important to let, like, where's your relationship with that? Does it feel completely off? Does it feel like no way? I'm the only thing that exists. There's nothing else besides me. I would be lying if I said that's how I feel at the time. Sometimes you do get this little cosmic wink, and I don't want to externalize this to the point where we just give up all of our personal agency. I think that's another way of kind of misinterpreting what this relationship is. It's, again, this end that, right? We have our own individual consciousness. It is an incredibly powerful mechanism for changing our reality, jumping timelines, changing our moods, our experiences, our relationships.
We know that. We've tested it, right? I hope you've tested it at this point. If you're tuning in for the first time, perhaps you haven't tested it. You can go back to previous episodes and hear what I'm yakking about. But essentially, we know we can modulate our experience through our emotions and our minds and our faith and our expectancy. But is there something else? Is there some other thing, under relationship, we can have with that other thing that can serve a potentially beneficial purpose in our lives, right? And this is where we really get into this idea of surrender. And again, a lot of this has gotten kind of warped, in a sense, because of the guru relationships, right?
If you look back into Western culture, we could say there was an explosion of Eastern mysticism that got funneled into the Western cultures, the United States, Europe, other places, in the '60s and '70s, right? Before that, of course. But those are the intrepid explorers, remember? But it massed lots of people, right? That started to happen in the '60s and '70s. And you started to have this meeting of young, usually young, not always young, right? I mean, Ram Das, he was a bit older when he went over to India relative to other people. You know, he was a professor at Harvard and kind of had this life and, you know, it was aging.
So, but a lot of young people too. And so then you had these gurus, these Eastern mystics, these Indian mystics, these Tibetan mystics, these, whatever religion, you know, you wanna pick over there that were kind of had this allure to them, this exoticism. And one of my favorite people was Carl Jung. And I love what he said about trying not to exoticize different religions and cultures, especially because it's hard to actually place a psyche that grew up with all of these cultural norms and kind of transpose a different system onto that. It's not that you can't investigate it. It's not that you can't be curious about it, that you can't practice it, you can't learn about it.
That's not what it is. But you just kind of like retrofit another system onto your own should be taken, you know, carefully. It shouldn't just be rushed into and assume you understand every aspect of it just because you put on a robe and started saying, oh, I'm and doing all these meditations, right? It is a careful, delicate process of kind of interweaving different aspects of religion, philosophy and life, right? That's what we're doing. But this guru relationship, of course, is a very powerful thing. If you look at a lot of the Eastern traditions, the contemplative sciences, you can see that the, I mean, especially in Zogchen, like Tibetan Buddhism, which is not that old, it's only like 800 or 1000 years old, not that old, guru aspect of it is huge.
If you looked at, for instance, the bhakti yoga path, right? Ramdas, again, his guru was Maharaji, named Krolli Baba. There's a huge importance on the relationship of guru and student. And again, you can look at that with a skeptical eye and say, well, this is just a power structure, it's unhealthy, it's not good. But there's an aspect there of surrender that is critically important. And I'm gonna extend this to kind of the concept of God and how that can be related to the guru thing as well. But one of the other pitfalls of guru worship is if these are people, even if they are very adept at spiritual sciences and arts and maybe have even some cool cities or cosmic powers that they can demonstrate, this guru worship begins to happen in an unhealthy way.
This person then becomes your avatar in the living embodiment of a divine presence. That's a lot to live up to for a person, right? Who maybe has their own issues and is still working through things themselves and maybe can't really admit that because a persona has evolved. And we see this all the time, not just with gurus, right? This is not like, I am a guru, I will teach you, but we see this with celebrity culture. We see this with people in neuroscience and meditation and all these things, we start making heroes out of people which comes with its own kind of potential trouble. It's not always trouble, but we've seen it all too often where that relationship can be abused knowingly or unknowingly and it's kind of soured people.
A lot of people, especially if they have anti-authoritarian impulses such as myself, never found the guru route to be the most kind of resident one for me. And I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of you, you also feel like that too. But it doesn't mean you throw the baby out with the bathwater. Doesn't mean you say there is no aspect of surrendering to someone, something outside of yourself that can't have a beneficial impact on your life. Again, prayer, we talk about prayer, right? Faith, right? Charge with imagination, that is prayer, right? Your emotions, this ability to summon forth a state because you are basically not asking for it, but putting out that vibrational frequency is something that is real.
I think many people can attest to that fact. Now, if you pray to a God, if you pray to an individual God or many gods, depending on your beliefs, that is also still effective, right? Here we go with the this and that. That shouldn't be outright thrown out as not real, right? This is when we hear like everyone is you pushed out, right, the Neville Goddard thing, that fucks people up because then they start to think, well, isn't that either borderline narcissistic or maybe it alters my relationship with other people because it's just me? You don't go around acting like everyone is literally an embodiment of you.
That's ridiculous and you will probably be looked at very weird to say the least, right? Hopefully you're not in prison, which you shouldn't be. It's weird, we shouldn't be in jail for it, but it's like a very weird thing to do. So it can trip people up. But there are these forces that are bigger than just our individual perspective and that's what we resonate with and that's how this whole big old thing kind of comes together and works. So I wanna get into this concept here of surrender and this is do it however you find works for you. But when you identify and you shine some awareness on an issue in your life or some theme or maybe you some habit or even addiction, something in your life where you recognize it's no longer serving to you.
It's one thing to identify it and pay attention to it. Obviously you don't wanna go into rumination or obsession. It's another thing to offer that up to something broader than you, right? Even if it's your higher self, right? It doesn't have to be a God. But if you offer that up and surrender it truthfully, there's an amazing power in there. And surrender is typically looked at as though it's this weak, passive kind of activity that we do. You know, it's for the meek. Nevermind, there are things that say the meek shall inherit the earth. But it's this thing that's really not a powerful act. It's kind of like a lesser than thing.
Anyone who has ever tried to practice surrendering really tried to offer up an ability to do that knows that it is not passive and that it is quite difficult sometimes to actually engage that and truly offer it off. And it takes some of the cosmic pressure off your shoulders. One thing I will say about this idea that your imagination is God is there is an amount of psychic stress and pressure that can place on an individual, especially if reality isn't conforming to your preferences and specifications at your self-defined timeline. It puts an amount of stress and pressure that can be very difficult to deal with, right?
It is true. I don't wanna negate the reality that that is the operative mechanism here, right? You are the operative mechanism. Your consciousness, this prism of consciousness that everything kind of gets filtered through, right? That is what's going on, but there's other stuff too, right? There are cosmic forces. We can look at the physical laws of nature, right? We can look at also the metaphysical aspects of nature and trying to find a harmonious relationship between everything and yourself is I think where the magic ultimately is, right? That's what we're looking for. So playing around with the idea, again, if it's universe, spirit, God, it could be, you know, any particular God in any pantheon that resonates with you.
It could be Mother Earth. It could be, you know, just a broader conception of the Father or whatever it is. I encourage you to play around with it. I do believe we get these kind of energetic waves that hit this planet and this dimension of reality. And we seem to be kind of riding a wave. It's not quite cresting yet, but we're riding it. We're surfing it. We're beginning to get familiar with it of a rediscovering of forces outside of ourselves. Now, again, it requires our belief. For people who don't think about this, it really doesn't have that dramatic of an impact on their life. But when I say they're not thinking about it, I mean, on a very deep level, a subconscious level where it may not be percolating up to the top layers of their mind, but it is a belief system that they have subscribed to and adhered to.
And it can be embedded at a very young age, but it's at least worth examining some things you can do to offer up, like ask for a little help. Ask for a little guidance. Is this that far off than receiving messages from channel information, mediumship, talking to aliens, talking to other beings? Like this is a worthwhile pursuit. I also believe as time goes on, really, like in 20, 30, 40, 50 years plus, like this will be an accepted practice. Kind of getting information from places that are non-corporial, non-physical will be something that's accepted a little bit more. Now, if you look even at something like creativity and like art, that's the process of what's going on.
You are plucking it out of the cosmic, ethereal kind of realm and bringing it into this reality. It's really no different than interfacing and communicating with the power that is outside of you. I put in that in quotes. You can't see in my fingers, but that's what I'm doing. Because that is a valid form of communicating with all that there is. It also gives you, like I said, a little bit of a psychic break. If you constantly feel that you have to be doing everything all of the time to maintain your particular reality and you're acutely aware of that, that's a recipe for burnout. Take it from me.
I've experienced this in my life at least a couple of times. You don't need to carry that pressure around. The worst thing in terms of trying to create your own reality is a sense of pressure, a self-imposed, restrictive, it must be like this and I have to do it like this. That's not how you manifest shit. That's not how you create things. That's a way to drive yourself insane. And we wanna make this easy. We wanna make this fun, we wanna make it light. So look to powers outside of yourself. See what you can surrender. See what you can ask for help and guidance for. Establish a communication with your spirit guides, with whatever entities may exist.
And again, this and that are true. We do not have to take this to the quite literal form where there are these demons and angels kind of controlling the way your life goes because they're out there like on your shoulders, making things happen. No, if you wanna play that game, by all means, go ahead. There's no rules, you can do that. But there's this nice kind of sweet spot between yourself and a higher power or something outside of you that you're consenting to. You wouldn't be able to perceive it if it wasn't a part of you. So there ultimately is no distinction if you keep tracking it back far enough from you and a higher power.
That's what we mean when we say your imagination is God. We know you're not like the God who snaps his fingers and makes reality anything they want. You can try snapping your fingers. That would be pretty badass, but it would also be kind of fucking crazy. But ultimately, you are that. I am that I am, right? So we just wanna keep this kind of balanced relationship and see where we can get help from. Experience what prayer is like. Experience with communicating with the higher power that you feel is benevolent and maybe can open you up to information, even if it's just you talking to yourself at the end of the day.
Give it a shot. I think it's kind of an ineffable thing. Therefore, it's a little hard to describe. Nevertheless to a whole podcast episode about, but there is this cosmic wave of kind of duty stuff going on right now. And I think it's not the worst time to look into your personal relationship with that God spirit, the universe. If we go through cycles of being connected and disconnected, both as individuals and to society, you know, our relationship with God, right? And I think the pendulum is beginning to switch a little bit, there's my phone ring. You like my Zelda phone ring. It's beginning to switch to a point where those energies are a little more acceptable.
You can start to look into them without feeling the crushing pressure that's typically attached to religion. And that's a nice place to be. It's kind of like you can get back into this stuff. It's getting cool again. Now don't take it to the extreme where you just like become a zealot, right? That is not what I'm talking about. This is not the time to get preachy. It's the same way when someone takes ayahuasca and they come back and tell you how amazing ayahuasca is. And everyone has to do ayahuasca because they don't do that. Don't become a preacher. This can be a completely internal process. Of course, share with people if you feel that there's benefit to that.
It's a wonderful process to do, but re-establishing or establishing a relationship with a higher power can be a very powerful thing. And I think that shouldn't get lost in the shuffle while we're remembering and implementing that we are also God, that we are each God in and of ourselves. And we can use that principle for our benefit and the benefit of all sentient beings, right? So just try to play around with it. Have a good time with it. See what comes up. You may notice some hardcore resistance, right? Just the name God can freak people out and can make them feel all sorts of way. Again, that has to do sometimes with traumatic experiences or maybe people were operating as agents of God and they kind of abused that trust or used it in the first place to kind of gain positions of influence.
And you know, listen, all that shit exists too. Ultimately everyone has to deal with their own actions, right? That's what we're talking about when it's karma. It's not this, you know, the system that is, you know, like police system, penal system that's get penal. Penal system that's basically, I'm very mature, by the way, in case you haven't realized. You know, it's not a punitive system. It's not meant to kind of restrict you, but you know, see what's out there. See what works for you. Try some things out, right? That could be magic. It could be, you know, getting into like Hinduism or Native American animal spirits.
There's something out there that I imagine will resonate with you. Get curious with it. See what you can pray to, pray for, pray with. See how these things work. I think it's like, and recognize like it's kind of a game. This doesn't have to be this big serious major undertaking that is such a big fucking deal. It's just your way of connecting with energies that exist and you can plug into some of them and really make some amazing shit happen in your life. It's something like, again, the episode with Jalisa, we were talking about this and this has kind of opened this can of worms and it's just kind of continued to come out.
And I think it makes, like it feels appropriate right now. I don't know if this is ushering in a completely new era of our relationship towards religion and higher powers, but it feels like a new thing. Not new in the sense that hasn't happened before, but in the sense that we are re-entering kind of a period where that relationship is focused on. And kind of a cool way too, not like a dry, dreary like, (sings in foreign language) Like no, it's like a cool fucking thing. And I think that's like a very beautiful thing if you allow it to be. So this again is just kind of a reminder here that you can both be God, your imagination can be God, and there can be deities and higher powers that you also interact with.
This and that are true, okay? And that's basically, you know, play around with it. See what comes up. You may get like, think of it as like, you know, your team, your super team of like X-Men or you know, superheroes. And you're working together with these kind of invisible, hired beings that, you know, do they exist? Do they not exist? Who cares? If you have a relationship with it, they exist, okay? At the end of the day, you can acknowledge that without being a total loony tune. You're just like a little bit of a loony tune, not that much. Just like in a cool kind of charming way. Not like weaving on the street, screaming at lamp poles type of person.
Now your person is like, oh, you know what? Kind of fucks with God. God's God in my back. I got God's back. That's pretty cool. So if it resonates with you, take it. If it doesn't, fuck it. That's why that's basically the way it works. A few things going on March 19th, we have a group, imaginal kind of thing going on. You can sign up for that. All of the links are in my stand store. I'm doing a crypto 101010101 webinar again this month that'll be next Thursday. What is that? The 14th, I believe it is. I'm gonna do these once a month. I'm pricing them at $9 for the live and I'll release them as downloads afterwards.
I don't know if you care about crypto. You may not give a shit at all. That's fine. Just skip forward 30 seconds and I'll be talking about something else. But if you are interested, if you find it somewhat confusing, if you're a beginner or you have specific questions, even if you're like already kind of doing it, this is a good opportunity to just ask some basic questions. Do I have all of the answers? No, but I've been doing this shit for fucking 11 years, which is wild to me. And we are in a bull market, guys. Like I don't know what to tell you. It's early stages of bull. We probably have most of this year, if not some of next year.
So like do some cool stuff. At the very least learn about your relationship with money. There are very few things in life that give you such a clear asymmetrical opportunity to magnify your abundance. It's not gonna solve all your problems. Take it from me, a shitload of money last time. I did not solve all of my problems. But if you have the immediate stress of financial situations, maybe investigate the financial energy. Maybe that's something you can ask God about, right? Can ask the higher power. What's going on here? Why is this happening? Can you help me? Can I surrender my financial woes to you?
Yes, will you take it? Wonderful. So that is going on. There is the crypto course. I dropped the price on that from 333 to 269. You know, listen, I wouldn't put this shit out there if I didn't stand by it. It's 10 modules. I will be adding to that course every crypto 101 webinar, every monthly thing as subsequent model. So if you buy the course, you do not need to pay for the webinars. And if you are in the course, I will make sure to send those out to you if you wanna participate live. Is that it? Thank you to everyone who signed up for the coaching. I was overwhelmed by the response that I got, working with some very amazing people right now.
I know some of you have scheduled for later. I'm going to do these seasonally. So we are in the spring session that we're starting and then I will open them up at later points in the year. It's a new thing for me. I'm, you know, I'm learning with people as I'm doing it, but so far it's been really a wonderful experience. And, you know, it feels good, how can I say? And then finally, the TikTok stuff, I will update this here. I got into the creativity program beta. It took about 30 days. I am fully monetized. I shifted over from using clip videos because TikTok is much more strict once you're in in terms of repurposing content, no matter how much you edit it.
And I'm using AI generated videos. Not Sora, something called InVideo, which people may know from chat GPT, but it's actually its own thing. And at first I was like, I don't know if this is going to work. Like, are these videos is good? The past couple of days, yes, they are. They're getting like 30,000, 40,000 views. That page has gone absolutely wild though. It's like 55,000 followers. It's nuts. TikTok is showing people stuff. If you have a way of generating original content, you can make money off TikTok. There's a webinar there that you can also get on the stand store if that resonates with you.
That's it. I'm done pitching my shit, you know? I'm doing stuff. What I realized, like, people will be like, well, why is Noah doing all of these things and these digital downloads and webinars? Because I do this stuff anyway, and I found if you package it in a way that people can actually access, they're more than happy to get it if it's something that's interesting to them. So like, why wouldn't I do that and make it available? Right? It doesn't, I've learned and spent time with this stuff, so it makes sense to kind of like put it together and allow people to access it. So if that's what you're into, go and grab any of those things, the Patreon is going phenomenal.
We have doubled the amount of Patreon patrons. Patrons we've had since September of last year, which is fucking amazing. There are even some people who have been in the Patreon since I started it at least since 2019. Good for you. I mean, there was a period where I was just not posting and I was the worst Patreon person. And it was shitty to be honest. And you know, I think we finally hit a groove there and there's a really cool community of people. We do fun stuff. We have a good time. So join that if it speaks to you.
